    What to do with a colleague who is forcibly getting his work done from the juniors on the basis of his body strength?

    I am working in a private firm. One of my colleagues, who is of a very strong built and quite powerful, is misusing his strength by forcibly getting his work done from the juniors. All the juniors are very afraid of him and do his work without saying anything. I don’t think this is the right practice. What should be done in order to teach him a lesson?

    Dear this is just like dictatorship going on in the office because someone who is senior taking advantage of juniors due to being senior in job and body power because he is getting his work completed due to the strength and he want to establish fear of his body in the office over all the juniors and really juniors will afraid of him due to having a good physic and mainly due to being a senior so they do his work according to his instructions so you should not worry

    Wait for the time when he does not comes to office premises and on holiday then you should personally talk to all the juniors and make them understand that you should not afraid of him and just do not accept whatever he say because nothing is good in him and you should inform manager or boss of the company so they will take legal action against this employee because this is absolutely disgusting for all of you and unity has enough power so you all should be with everyone all the time and when one person from you comes under the trouble then all should be with him in that moment so this will make fear in him that all the juniors are getting together that will make him worried and may be that he afraid but before that write a letter to the manager of the company and mention your sorrow that you want to get rid of this situation otherwise we all are going to leave this company very soon so manager will see that all the juniors are going then who will be there to work in the company so he will take right action against that person

    May be that manager instruct him to not do the same thing again in the office and if he does not understand then motivate juniors to write another letter in that they should mention we all juniors are going to be one and if he will try to make us scared of or etc. then we will take him outside of the office and management will be responsible for that and sir you will see that he has been completed broken from each part of his body so stop him before we take any personal action so manager will understand and this will never happen again
