    What to do in case of chaos in my workplace?

    I am working in a private company. In our office all the employees are constantly fighting and arguing with each other even on the smallest of issues. This creates a lot of nuisance and i am not able to concentrate on my work. What to do in such a case? Will it be good to talk to my manager?

    Hello ,
    I would strongly recommend you to meet up with the manager and inform him about the same as the situation can
    become out of reach after sometime .
    It must be a problem of few other employee too and because of the rest of the employees you are not able to focus on your work
    is totally not acceptable .
    Plus , it is office envirionment , people are not suppose to argue or fight .
    They are suppose to have good strong discusions and get to proper conclusions .
    Any distractions which hampers this has to be stopped .

    Firstly , you can step up and let the people know that you are highly disturbed by all the fighting that goes around .
    It not only wastes all the time but is creates a bad image of the employees .

    If even on regular reminders , the nuisance doesnt seem to stop , tell your manager that try to make sure that
    all this comes to a stand still .
    He is most probably not even aware of the situation .

    * Suggest him to call for a meeting where this discussion will take place .
    * He needs to be strict with the employees as they are just not behaving .
    * Wasting all the time is dercreasing the performance of the firm .
    * Ask what is all the fighting about and why cant proper discussions like normal people take place .

    A strict no tolerance policy on wasteful activities would be necessary .
    Any further repeatition will be punishable till any extent .
    Telling your boss about the matter is important as you will be not able to control them .
    They will need a authority which can starighten them .

    Because of a bunch of people the whole set of people are having trouble while working which should be looked into .

    If this is the scenario then you should take this matter to your manager.
    This is not a normal case.
    small confilts can lead to big fights which is not good.
    This may affect your career.
    This will affect your work .
    So better dont delay and discuss this matter with your seniors or manager.
