    What to do against an employee who is leaking the tender norms?

    I am an employee of a private construction company. Recently It has come to my notice that a senior employee who is one of member of sub-core team of our company has leaked certain norms of our tender filling to another company who are at a competition with us. He has done on the exchange of good amount of money. What should I do to save our company?

    hello,
    this is a serious issue and must be taken into account quickly.as it is already mention in the norms of the company that no employee or employer can leak any information to any other company. a strict action must be taken against this, as this is a corrupted behaviour and will lead to several major problems.
    -->report about this to the higher authorities and HR department
    --> collect proof of this act.
    -->make sure they take a strict action against it.
    this type of acts leads to bad enviornment, and your senior employee must not misuse the powers assigned to him. he should understand this.

    Hi buddy

    You should first of all punish that employee who has leaked your company's tender norms to another competitor just for his own selfish gains. Such people are really bad for the reoutation of your company as they set a bad example for others as well. You should certainly not keep quiet but punish that employee of yours as soon as possible.This will also be an example of others who ten will not dare to indulge in such behaviour .

    You should call that employee to your office and tell him that he has done something terrible which cannot be left unseen and thus he will certainly be given a severe punishment for that. You have found out that he has leaked your company's tender norms to one of the competitive companies just for the sake of money. He should be ashamed of himself for doing such a thing to a company which is providing him with his bread and butter. Rather than being loyal to his company , he should be ashamed that he is cheating the same company. He will be terminated right away and should never show his face here again.

    That will be a good lesson for him and for all those who think of practicing such things. As for saving your company , you can either change your tender filling details or withdraw your name from it. Hold a meeting of your management and decide what will be best for your company in such a situation. I hope you get my point.

    Dear it is not legal going on with your company that a employee who work in your company and company provided him a better job to survive in the world and he is cheating with that company, i would like to say - that person may never be ahead in the world and after sometime if the manager found him victim then he would loose his all image and reputation which is in front of him and it is great for us that you are really dedicated to your company in which you are working and you can not see your company down in the market and in the competition so that dear you should do it :

    If that one is your senior then there is a problem and you alone may not handle this situation so that you should first of all make it sure that the news which you have got about him is 100% accurate or not because in such types of cases you also may be harmed by your company because until you do not have any proof related to that candidate's information, you can not go to the manager of your company so that you should collect the proof from any source then you would be eligible to complain him and if you directly wants to go to the manager then you need to have enough confidence because it is the question of the reputation of your company and if you could not get the proof then you should write and letter with unknown name and mention everything about him in that letter and send to the manager so that it may be a good way to inform your manager and when the manager of your company found him victim then you should mention the fact to the manager not in the office or not to him

    You should call for a meeting.
    There you need to take some decisions and vote for it.
    Make sure that decision is not biased on single one.

    ...definitely I will discuss about the topic that is" What to do against an employee who is leaking the tender norms?"...firstly according to me you should punished the employees who leaked the tender norms.You should call the employee in the office then you should try to understand the employee .And you should try to find out the proper evidence against him.

    hello there !!!!

    if you know that , the person who has done this is not good for your company either in commercial way or economical way.
    then you have to first assemble all the possible and valid proofs about that particular person's act which is illegal from the company's
    point of view.
    first of all try to talk to that person and hint him indirectly about his act in such a way that he might get you indirectly that what you want to say to him. ok ??
    and then talk to him clearly and do ask him not to do it again otherwise this will be sent to the higher authority.

    he might get scared to it and will stop doing that what he was doing.
