A ULIP is basically a combination of insurance as well as investment.
The premium paid is utilized to provide insurance cover and debt schemes.
The ULIP holders can many features such as various funds and the tenure of the policy.
This Policy increase the your family protection also.
    You can tax benefits also.

    Mutual Funds: (MF)

I think Mutual Fund is a professionally managed Collective investment that money from many investors to purchase securities.
It is most commonly applied for those collective investment regulated and also general public.

So these are the difference between the ULIP & MFP.
