    Hello,

Every business is unique in their own way and each has different sets of requirement to hire new employees. But regardless of company size or type of industry, it is a good idea to present new hires with an offer letter that outlines some of the critical terms of the employment relationship to set initial expectations, introduce your culture, and minimize future legal risk. Below are some of the items you may want to consider addressing.

    1. The Job profile of the candidate.
    2. The role and responsibility to be taken during work.
    3. The annual pay package (CTC) of the candidate.
    4. Tentative date of joining.
    5. A brief introduction of company and it's culture.
    6. Working hour.
    7. Dress Code.
    8. Code of conduct.

    Bye,

    Hi
the joining letter should include your complete name, your designation in the company, the day you are joining the company and the salary at which you are hired to. these are the basic and most important things that needs to be covered in a joining letter provided by the company to its new employee.
the joining later give you the proof of you starting your employment in that particular company. there for once you get the joining letter you should check that all the above mentioned things are available in it
