    What can i do to get a better coordination between my team?

    We are currently working on a very important project and the strain is beginning to show on my team. Although I ensure that everybody gets enough rest and leaves but i still feel that the team spirit is flagging. What can i do to get a better coordination between my team?

    -Encourage the team members during times of failure.
    -Assure them of your trust in them.
    -Try to settle all types of disputes that may arise between the team members.
    -Have a good observation at their work and behaviour.
    -Point out the mistakes if any and suggest ways to rectify them.
    -Always try to help your team members when they ask for it.

    Its good to see that you are caring about your team members.As a team leader it is important for you to play two different roles.One is as a team leader during office hours,another as an elder brother after the office hours.You have mentioned that you try your best to give equal scope to everyone for getting adequate rest and leave.I hope you have distributed the work among the members according to their strength areas.Try to set small targets and give every team member a deadline for doing their part of the work within their stipulaed.Doing this will not only lessen their brden of workload bt will also make work easier for you all.Keep it in mind to check regularly that there is no misunderstanding or any sort f uncooperation between the members themselves .

    Being the team leader or the team co-ordinator , it is your responsibility to try and make your team work as a team by raising their team spirits and by giving them encouragement on every step. This is very important if you want to be a successful team leader and want your team members to look upto you. So you should guide your team in the right direction so that even under the worst conditions, they are able to come out as winners.

    Co-ordination between your team members is a very important aspect for the success of your project. So you should motivate every member of your team separately and thus give them motivation on individual basis also. This I am sure will convert to motivation for the whole team and then you will see how your team shines. Tell them that to come out as a winner in this project , is the most important for them and if they really want to win this race, they should have the qualities of team spirit and team coordination.

    Tell them that they are not less than anyone and nothing is impossible for them.Tell themm to behave with each member as their own family members and consider their team to be a big happy family. Also tell them to co-ordinate with each other as much as they can so that they achieve success in everything they do. Tell them to set their goals and to complete them on time. Make your work atmosphere more enjoyable and more relaxing by playing soothing music so that it doesnt become dull and boring.Tell them not to take much stress and to take short breaks in between so that they can re-energize themselves. Also tell them to practice yoga and meditation to release their stress.

    What can be done------>
    * Make a research that why your team is not working with devotion.
    * Collect the reasons and note it down in a paper.
    * Now try to find the fault of whom these are occuring.
    * Like if employees are not getting required working environment.
    * So in above case its a fault of a team leader.
    * Solve the fault in similar case.
    * And then see how your work management get improved.

    Dear Aspirant,

    In fact it is very difficult to keep every one happy always.When there are more than two persons,it is seen that if you show more intimacy to any one,the others feel unhappy & they start criticising others so that you get your good openions spoiled against the concerned person.

    So it would be better to get together oftenly & have some refreshment together.Also fix your target to complete the project in time.Also,declare some sorts of prizes to the most co-operative employee,if the project is completed in time.
    Also you should be cordial to others.When any one comes back from leave,you may ask for his/her parents of well being.This will make your team members happy to think that you are not only a team head,but also a guardian.It is most important for the members to be happy with you.

    At the same time,you should be hard,if any one does not take interest in the work.You can intimate the same thing that the fact will be recorded in their confidential report which will be a document & base for further promotion.

    for better coordination rest is not only the essential factor but apart from this you must give them time to get refresh.
    and the refreshment can be made by some small kitty party, outing and some fun loving moments among employees.

    so, this will help them to do their work without any pressure.
    also give them condition that on the completion of certain segment of the project they will be given small party.
    so,this will help them to do their work with more enthusiasm.

    One good is a voice chat. It allow you to talk to each other at a faster rate, but when it come to coordination, you will want to be more talkative in the team.     To solve this problem,you can sit with each member of your group and discuss their problems that they are facing within the group or their personal problems. Try to increase their enthusiasm and tell them each member is important in the group. Try to be their friend while discussing these issues.
