This is a common question asked in most of the interviews to experienced person. There can be various reasons for leaving the present job.however,if you give wrong answers which shows your redundancy then it will create wrong impression in the minds of the people. You can give several other answers that will help in creating justified impression in the minds of the recruiters.

-You can reply that for better prospects you want to switch companies.
-You can tell that for better exposure you are switching.
-You can tell that you want to increase your experience.
-You can also say that the previous company was undergoing reconstruction and few positions had become excess in which you are the one but you have learnt a lot in the previous service and can perform well in the job position of the new company.

Re: What to answer "Why left your previous job?"

    Hi friend

I think you should not try to employ any tactics while answering such questions as these may backfire. So when you interviewer asks you such a question like " Why you left your previous job?" , then you should give a genuine answer i.e. the real reason why you left your previous job unless it goes against you like if you were terminated due to some fault of your own. But if you left your job due to some fault in the working conditions of the company then you should mention it in the interview like bad work atmosphere , boss harassing you etc.

So you should answer according to the situation and not unnecessarily complicate everything . If it was not your fault then you should answer it genuinely and I am sure the interviewer will accept your answer and you will be certainly selected if the rest of your interview goes well and also depending on the number of seats present. I know these kind of questions are tricky, so you should handle them carefully but never tell anything untrue as that may hurt you later on when they do a background check.

So answer wisely and I am sure you will come out as a winner. Good luck

hello dearIt is very common question asked in interview.Because every employer want to know the proper reason for leaving past job by an employees.Questioning is the passion of any employer to new employees but you should explain it with calmly and proper reason too.You should include all position thinkings in support your answer.you should answer according to the situation and must not include unnecessary or complicated things.A salary incremental or designation can take a positive form for an answer.you should not tell any points that may show your fault because then you would be not able to get a handsome salary.Be petience and answer with genuinely. I am sure the interviewer will accept your replying and you will certainly select.Sometimes any emergency reason can take a form for switcing the job.At last I want to suggest you that always include positive and truer facts for replying.thanks

Dear this question is mostly asked in each and every sector and company if the candidate is experienced or working in any company because they wants the actual reason that why did you leave your previous job because they wants your expectations, thoughts about the company and you may fail in the interview during to answer it because if you say that you do not like the administration of that company or the boss is not behaving good with you then you would not get selected because they wants something positive answer about this and that may be - ?You want to turn your career to the new one but do not say that you have been bored with that work and left you job, you should say that i wants to improve my career in a right approach for which i need to enter in my interesting field and i am interested in the working of your company and i can work better in your company than before and tell them about the functioning and administration of that company which you have left and make them feel that you have more opportunities and career aspects with the new company in which you are going to join for job but do not say anything else which makes you worried at the interview time

    All the best

    Hello Friend,
This is a common question asked in every interview when you switch company.
they just want to test the satisfaction level with the job and what was your attitude towards the job.
so dont just answer all the flaws and negative thing regarding the previous job rather you can site all the positive points of previous job is asked, and then start with your career perspective like you wanted to excel in certain field and that scope is provided in this project.give some good points regarding the company...you can get it from site.
tell him that you have expertise in some domain and you could excel in that if you join that project.this will create a good impression and will also prove you as a career ambitious person .which is good to show.
dont just comeup to salary point while describing your previous job this question will be asked eventually once they make up there mind to take you then you can claim as per your qualification, skill, previous salary.
    Thank You.

Re: What to answer "Why left your previous job?"

There's no doubt that you can't try to use virtually any tactics when giving an answer to this sort of queries as these may backfire. So when you interviewer questions you this sort of a question including " The reasons you left your own preceding occupation?" , then you definitely will need to offer a genuine reply i.e. the best reason why you left your own preceding occupation unless of course it's going versus that suits you if perhaps you were finished on account of many negligence of one's own. Nonetheless if you left your livelihood on account of many negligence in the significant problems of the enterprise then you definitely will need to bring it up in the job interview including undesirable function setting , superior pestering you etc.

So that you will need to reply according to the predicament but not unjustifiably confuse all.In the event it was not your own negligence then you definitely will need to reply that really along with More than likely the interviewer will take the way to go and you'll be surely picked out if all of your meet with should go very well and in addition with regards to the range of bike seats present.

I understand these types of sort of queries tend to be tough, so that you will need to cope with these individuals cautiously however by no means tell nearly anything incorrect as which will harmed you down the road whenever they complete a history check.
It's very common problem expected in interview.Because each workplace keep asking the best reason for abandoning recent occupation through the employees.

You shouldn't tell virtually any items which will demonstrate your own negligence because you would be incapable of get yourself a attractive salary.Be patience along with reply with genuinely. More than likely the interviewer will take your own replying and you will surely select.Sometimes virtually any urgent explanation may take a form intended for switching the job.At past I need to would suggest you very often incorporate favorable along with truer details intended for replying.

Every time you change your livelihood location there often be the implicit problem your purpose in abandoning the task?Definitely you'll find reasons only you're to go into detail this explanation typically that may mirror your own favorable factors with changing.

Now you must consider the situation sincerely, in this article you indicated as you're portion several years to the next software program enterprise you appreciated to go away this enterprise along with in the same way you will receive a innovative podium to produce your own skills along with talent newly to get more and then preceding company.

As a result, you are going to reply Sir I believe My spouse and i will be able to complete more in this article as compared with my personal previous enterprise as the environment with job is excellent there is the growth funnel that may help us to formulate myself.

And simultaneously My spouse and i will be able to offer more towards the enterprise along with alongside the following My spouse and i would enhance my personal expertise along with talent to the present innovative environment/new company.
