    Dear Guest,

    * It is protocol not to go to leave without notice and permission.

    * An employer can fire any employee on this ground if he/she continued absent for a big time without any leave.

    * Employer may also deduct his/her salary for month when he/she not worked.

    * It is required to send a notice to employee regarding his/her removal and give an opportunity to present his/her before authorities.

    * If there is bond filled by employee and then he/she absent without leave then employer can file reimbursment for breach of bond.

    • It's totally an unproffesional behaviour from the employee of your company.
    • Without approval of the leave application, she is not supposed to take leave.
    • You must take an action by going through companies policy regarding this.
    • You must send him a Warning letter giving her a last chance to explain the reason properly.
    • If even after giving warning letter, if she does not responds or not able to provide the genuine reason then you must taken an strict action against her.
    • If any month salary is due, you must forfeit the same.
    • Make an termination letter and hand over to her.
    • While joining, if any bond was signed by her, then you must ask her to provide the amount stated in the bond.

This seems that person is not loyal towards his/her work. Such candidates can be fired out without any notice or mark them as absconding. You can just try to contact try to contact them once and warn such candidates. Company do have proper rights to fire candidates if their employees do not perform well or leave company or go on holiday without any notice.

    Dear Friend

It is not right if you have to leave the office then leave it officially if leave is not provided to you then just resign from there..

Coming without any resignation of any info can give them right to take legal actions against you..

This also can endanger your new job...

Like if you are in a bond then you have to pay the amount of the bond o the company..

So just inform with a formal letter to the HR department of the company about you..

That will be better for you..

Best of Luck for the future..

    Dear Friend,

In my opinion you can use any of the following actions against her with respect to your companies policy -

    * As she is on leave without notice you can fire her.
    * You can also abscond/terminate her.
    * You can even fortfeit her due salary.
    * You can send a warning letter/notice stating that to come and meet officials with genuine reasons.
    * If she is serving on a bond or service agreement period, you can send her a notice for breach of contract and can ask her to pay the mentioned amount in contract.

    Dear Aspirant,

Its not a professional way if you go for a long leave without any notice. Because campany have some rules and regulation you have no power to change according to you. Its totally bad behaivour if any employee do like this. Without approval she can't do like this to take long leave.

What should you do in this situation:-

-> You should sent her a warning letter first of all
-> You can dicuss with your senior employees what should company do in this problem.
-> If she respond your warning letter then give her a chance to explain reason, why she do this?
-> And if she is not responding your letter then take a strict action and send her a termination letter.
-> You must take a perfect action according to companies policy.
-> Before taking a final dicsion you should discuss with your senior also.

Re: What action will be taken against the employee who has gone for long leave without any notice?

    Dear Aspirant,

First of all send a resitered letter asking her to join the duty in the time given by you.If she does not care of it,send another reminder to join the duty on the date specified by you with a notice that action will be initiated for termination of your services on the ground of negligence of duty, because she should have proceeded on leave after getting it sanctioned.

Even if she is determined not to join the duty as per your requirement, the decision of termination by the management must be teken & she be informed for the same. You must have proper records for each & every correspondence with acknowledgment of her receiving so that you may have to use for evidence later on in need.

    Thanks.

    Dear Friend!

This is not good manner for any employee to go for leave without any information or notice. Companies have to right to take any actions against him/her in this situation. Company would want to take any action first in company favor whatever company wants. I am agree with company's rule.

    Hello sir..................

You can do two thing first one is you can directly suspend him for that cause that is dont obey the rules and instruction of the company and also avoid the company.

Second thing is you can cut the salary of him in that leave period and directly give him a notice that if same thing is hapenned second time then he will be suspended .

so take the correct decision which will not harm you as well as the company it is purely depends upon you.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

The employee has behaved very ill respectfully and unprofessionally.
No company can grant a 6 months leave to their employees, yet she had asked for the permission which was not granted.
So you can fire her, because she has left without permission.
The employee has taken this step because she must not be in need of so much money, so you must start hire other candidate.
Once, she took this step and then still if you will keep her on job, she can make this mistake again.
Therefore, take the best decision to keep the companies image good.
