    What action should be taken against the employee who has left the organization without any notice?

    I am working as an HR executive in this organization. Last time one employee left the organization without any period. He took one day leave and went and then never came back. We tried contacting him but he is absconding. What action should be taken against the employee who has left the organization without any notice?

    Dear, sir first you should wait for week and inquiry about him. If he is a responsible person to the organisation then you should file a missing report, if he is not a responsible person then you should leave him. But you should send a termination letter to his resident adress after that he will not be claim the organisation that he is simply terminated without any appropiate reason. With Thanks

    Hi. Its very sad that employees are undue advantage you should certainly take a strict action against such people so that they dont mess with anyone in the same fashion again.

    First of all you should try to find the employee with the help of police or a detective agency. Tell them the whole incident and how he left your office without prior notice.

    If you have made him sign a bond and he left before that period then he should be asked for monetary compensation according to the contract. Also he may have to undergo some legal proceedings depending upon your contract.

    If he has not signed a bond or it has expired, Then you can ask him for monetary compensation for leaving the company without prior notice. Or tell him to continue with his job. Or you can also file a case against him if doesnt agree to pay.
    You can consult your lawyer for better clarity.

    What action should be taken against permanent central govt. employee who has left the organization without giving any notice and last known address whereas he sold his property before leaving the organisation ?

    Hello dear Aspirant .. As you mentioned that is the Central Government Employee , who left the organization then strict action must be taken. If he has not signed any bond , then you can ask him to pay some compensation for leaving the organization. in case then send him a notice . and a warning letter . and it will be better to Recruit a new employee..     hello siryou should not worry so much if he/she is only a executive or a posted on temporary job.if he/she was on any high profile post or have all knowledge of account or secret then you should file a FIR to missing or kidnapping.if he was not on higher post then you should leave this think and should be avoid his/her importancy.because in pvt company everybody can take leave without any prior reason or notice.thanks

    Yeah its illegal if he takes leave for 1 day form the company and does not show up for a longer period without taking permission or applying leave then in that case company may take action against that person.
    1- first of all the company will terminate him from the job because of your absence for longer period.
    2- the company will declare him as an absconding employee who cant join the same firm later in his life.
    3-if he has any bond with the organization then company may file a legal case against him and they may charge him fine.
    4- if he had signed for any bond amount then they will claim that .
