    What action should be taken against an employee who has cheated us by presenting forged documents?

    I am the manager of a private firm. One of our new employees has been caught for presenting forged documents. This is a very serious thing and he should be punished in such a way that he never dares to do such a thing again. What action should be taken against such an employee?

    Well, this is a serious offense and the person should be punished at once for such act. In a corporate world there are certain rules and regulations and all employees have to abide by these rules and regulations. During the time of joining the documents provided by the employees are checked to find out the autenticity of these documents. You should talk to the person and ask what he has to say about such issue. You should give him the time to explain his point of view and then you have to take necessary actions. In this case he should be terminated at once so that he can realize the type of crime he has committed. There is no place for such employee in a corporate world.

    Hi,

    Such a misconduct needs to be strongly condemned and the person who has committed this mistake should be punished severely. It's good to play to win but not at all costs. Henceforth, honesty and morality should never be compromised.

    In fact, it is a matter of regret and sadness that such individual do exist today and they blatantly break rules in corporate world.

    In case, you forgive them and accept them in the corporate society, they would not only lead by setting a bad example but might not be very honest towards their work in future too.

    So, it's always better to play safe and prevention is always better than cure.

    Have a strong heart and take up the decision of firing such a dishonest professional out of the firm.

    Dear Friend

    To be very frank ,do not show any type sympathy with that individual and give him to the police as this should not be tolerated .

    It may possible that due to him some good bonafide candidate with original documents may have been rejected .

    Professionals like him are like abuse for corporate world and they not only degrade the quality of work but are also responsible for downfall of organisation


    So do not compromise at any cost .this matter should be handled legally.
