    Very bad experience during the interview

    I have just completed my graduation and am now looking for a job. Recently I was called for an interview in one of the leading companies. I had a very bad experience there. The interviewers kept on making fun of me when I could not answer a few questions and even spoke rudely to me once or twice.I was really very shocked at such behaviour. How to deal with such a situation in the future?

    Dear Friend,
    Its your early phase, try to learn from the situation. Examine in detail why all this happen is there any lack of knowledge in yourself or you are not fully prepared. Prepare for future, If he makes fun of your personal then you should give him a tight positive reply. If he makes fun of your profesional knowledge then you should ask him for right answer and also you need to upgared yourself. All the best

    Hi ,
    Sorry for your experience.These kind of situations occurs very rarely because the interviewers are well trained people they have had already instructions how to conduct interview and how to treat the candidates all.May your interviewer is some kind of stupid i think.If you might gave really silly answer they have no right to laugh making fun of you because it is your opinion or idea about that topic or question.forget about that situation don't think about it there is no defect in you gave sincere answer but those people are don't know at least how to respect others.Don't depress ,If you are facing such situations try to explain it to them.I think this kind of situation may not repeat in future.If they laugh about you are answer simply say "this is my opinion".
    all the best friend. keep it in mind "failures are stepping stones for success"

    That's life ever one makes fun of others.... You need to learn from critics... All great people have been criticized ,made fun of them.... They really never felt bad they just continued their work in improving themselves... Have a good attitude in dealing with all kind of people, i am not telling that those people who interviewed you are bad... every bad experience is learning experience of your life... You should learn from it and develop your personality,character,attitude,technical skills.. From it... These situation come to each every person... You should keep your calmness and coolness... sometimes your behavior is also checked by interviewers... These situations of making fun of you are created by them to test your your body language ,how you react to critics,your patience is also under their observation my dear... These are personality check by interviewers and also by hr department... I hope you got the reason for all your situations your facing.. All the best

    Failure is the stepping stone to success.This is a extremely motivational line which you should keep in mind.One bad experience at the interview does not mean you are totally unsuitable for any interview and cannot crack interviews in your life.You should have a positive attitude and learn from your mistakes so that no such situation occurs in future.

    The situation that you had to face depicts your unpreparedness for the interview.This is a lesson for you and you should analyse your interview rather than getting disheartened about it.You should chalk about the positive as well as negative aspects of the interviews,which mistakes of yours resulted into such situation and on which the interviewers appreciated.Learn from your mistakes and try not to repeat them.Work on your weaker points and improve them.

    Preparedness for the interview is essential inorder to succeed in it.So you should give more stress on your preparations.Work on your professional knowledge and its implications.There are certain questions like tell me about yourself,what are your weaknesses,why they should take you,etc.which are common in every interview,hence you should prepared with the answers of those from before.Be confident yet humble and polite in your words.Accept if you do not know something rather than beating around the bush.Before you appear for the interview get information about the company and analyze the position that you are applying for properly.

    Hi buddy

    You should definitely learn to deal with such behaviour if you have to succeed in yoour professional life as you will face many more such situations in the future too when you join your job. So its better you learn to deal with such situations patiently from now onwards and thus I am sure it will help you to have a brighter future. such situations are a part and parcel of life and you should learn how to face such circumstances bravely.

    So friend, if in futre if such a thing happens with you and your interviewer makes fun of you, then you should first try to have patience in such a situation as that is the best way to deal with it. You should maintain your calm and not let any negative thoughts penetrate your mind. If you can do this and don't react to the interviewer at all, then I am sure he will be impressed with your perseverance and maybe reward you for it by giving you the job. In this you will get the job also and would also get the first hand experience of dealing with such situations in life.

    So friend, don't worry and don't be afraid when you face such situations in life. I am sure you will be able to face them bravely and thus come out as a winner. Good luck

    Dear Aspirant,

    You need not worry,but you should prepare well for next coming interviews.See there are thousands of people & each & every has its own nature,openion ,behaviour.Once ill behaviour is necessary to get success in life.You can remember the incidents with our sri Bapu ji i.e sri Gandhi ji in South Africa,which made him later our sri Bapu ji.

    It seems you had not prepare for interviews with respect to your dress & knowledge.Whether the interviews select you or not,but you should appear before them smartly.I mean you should be in well dress,Dark colur pant,light colour formal shirt,black colour shoes,shocks,well combed hair & with full of confidence.Appear with full good manner & reply the questions confidently.You don't know answer of any question,just say sorry sir.Inspite of that you are ill behaved by the interviewers,you can answer them boldly that I never think such ill behaviour by you educated persons,becuase there are nos. of scope to get job.I think no one dare answer this way that is why they make a habit of behaving rudely.

    Thanks & good luck.

    Ashok..

    Re: Very bad experience during the interview

    Hi
    The interview you had was a stress interview.
    This is a type of interview where the interviewer asks some invalid questions, they shout at you and get rude to you. they also make fun of yo and under estimate your skills to candidate is put into stress.
    They do so to know how the interviewee takes the behaviour and how he react in such situation.
    In this situation you have to be very strong and confident as well as carefull while answering.
    -->> Be very polite and calm and composed.
    -->> Do not get panicked or confused.
    -->> Take the situation positvely.
    -->> Answer in such a way that you will prove them that you have the quality and you are confident enough to handle the situation.
    -->> Prove your skills.
    -->> Do not get discouraged instead be very stong and practical.
    -->> Keep a slight smile on your face which shows that you are positive in this situation.
    -->>They check how you react to pressure, do you give up or you take the responsibility to carry it over. so do not quit or give up.
    And do not baffle.

    Thank you
