Unable to save my job as none of my colleagues are ready to help me in proving my innocence

I am working in a government organisation. Recently I was falsely accused by one of my colleagues, for slapping and abusing him in front of everyone. Actually we had an argument but I never abused or slapped him.Now my boss is planning to terminate my services unless I prove my innocence. There were many eyewitnesses to that event but none of them is ready to help me. What to do to save my job?

    Hello,

Firstly I would like to say that since you are working in a government organisation, your boss cannot sack you from your job so easily.A govt employee cannot be suspended from his job,Unless he is arrested and taken to police custody. So it is clear that your boss is threatening you.You can take legal assistance in order to know what to do next so that your position is secured.
Now about the eye-witnesses,you have to talk to them personally and find out why they are backing out from helping you.If your office have CCTV cameras installed in them, then the camera recordings can work as an evidence to prove your innocence.

    Hello,

This is a very very serious matter. There is not much you can do in these situation. Just try to find someone
who knows you well and can help you by saying you did not slap your collegue. Since all of your collegues are
against you, you can only say what is true in these situation. At least you can defend your prestige and honour.
These are hard times, it is better to find alternate job then to saty here at the mercy of your collegues.

    Bye,

    Hello Aspirant,

Don't worry & be happy. It is not so easy to terminate your service. If at all you are terminated, you will get immediate relief from honourable court, because the cause of the termination would not be sufficient in your case. There are certain procedures for termination from the service.First of all you should be asked for an explanation to submit your reply within stipulated time.Depending upon the reply, the enquiry may be set up in which you will also be given chance to place your points in your favour. In that case there may not be any evidence & proof for the incidents.Only there may be charges/allegation of misbehaving to your colleague.I don't think your other colleagues will give witness against you.

There should be written/recorded & oral witness for any allegation to be proved, which may not be available against you.So the question of termination does not arise.

    Good luck.

Well dear it is sad when you are getting into problem without doing anything wrong.in this type of situation you can directly go to your boss and give him all the details and tell him that you have not done anything wrong.
Make a promise of working hard and behaving sincerly.the boss may forgive you if not then you should accept that and it may give you oppurtunity for a better career.thank you

In case no one is ready to support you and you boss is also asking you to prove your innocence to save your job, what you can do is convince some people and request them to support you for your truth. In case this doesn't work out, write and apology letter and save your job instead of getting into such loop.

    Thanks

    Hello*******
    User*******
++++++++++++Try this method for this issue++++++++

*********You should fight for what is rightfully yours and don't just sit quietly . Do take some quick action to set things right.

*********The best for you will be to ask your manager regarding the same and to tell him that

**********it sectors so it is very much competitive to get a seat.

**********actually ,,,both and private sector have some advantage and disadvantage.

**********you have to work for a limit time

********** you are provided various facilities.

**********but your salary hike would be less in comparison to private sector.

********** you feel relax and secure in government sector as there is job guarantee

**********but in private sector there is no job security,in recession you may loose your job.

**********so better option is that you should prefer.

**********you want job security or if you want to make more money by hard .

**********Dear according to your mentioned conditions i would like to say that a private job

**********nothing in front of the government job because you want increment, growth

**********security and many more in a single job which is only possible .

    hello,
its a bad thing happened but you can prove your innocence by one or the other way.
1.remember who are present there when you were arguing with him at that place and you ask them to tell the truth
if there is peon you ask him to tell the truth and tell him that he will save him from that job so that you will be happy.
or directly say your boss that you dint do anything and say that you will prove your innocense if he give you some time.
    thank you.............

    hi
i would like to tell you that people are very mean in this sector. they are only concerned about their own good and do not give a damn to anyone else's life.
therefore you should e aware of such a condition and then from now on you should not trust anyone in the office and you should also go to your boss and hand him a written apology for whatever wrong that you did and tell him that you wont repeat your mistake in the future.
