Unable to focus on my work due to my bossís constant scoldings

I am working in a government organisation. From the past few days, my boss has been constantly scolding due to some of my mistakes. I always keep on thinking about those and am not able to focus on my work. As a result my performance is going down. What to do in such a situation?

    Dear Friend,

It is very unfortunate that your boss scolds you constantly. People should try to get the work done amicably and not by scoldings and getting angry. This is a flaw in your boss's managerial ability.

I would suggest you to take a small break from work. Relax and recollect yourself. Think about your mistakes and notice if there is any type of mistakes that you are committing repeatedly. If you find anything, make a note of it and do your best not to repeat them.

When boss give you any task, request him to explain it clearly and try to ask all the doubts you have. Never forget to note everything that you listen. You can use sticky notes or a board to note all the points and all the task that you have to complete along with their priority levels.

Never mind your boss's work and try to take it as a challenge to improve yourself. Your boss has so much of expectations from you and that is why he scolds you and wants you to get better and better.

I am sure it will help you and you will be able to improve yourself.
    Thank you.
    All the best!!!

    hello,
as you said your boss scolds you continuously, for what reason he scolds you and no one scolds if their is no reason.first you think why he is scolding you unnecessarily for any reason.if their is no reason and ask him directly for what reason he is scolding you and say him directly that you are getting disturb for your unnecessary scoldings.if he says reason then it is good and say him that i will not repeat such mistakes and follow your words and if he doesnt listen then resign that job and find a new one.
    thank you............
