    Is it true that the software companies will eliminate the freshers during training period?

    I am really afraid now, I got the job in my campus placement and now many are saying that there will be elimination during the training period? How will they do that? Will there be any tests conducted during that time? Can you please tell me what should I do for those preparations? Will that test be tough? Please provide your valuable comments and suggestions. Thanks.

    Hi..I think many software companies do such kind of things ..They choose a large no. of students for the training period and then when the training period is over they pick the best performers who had performed better than others during that period and keep those for the job eliminating the others..

    It is done in most of the companies which pick students from campus placement..So i think its better you give 100 per cent to your job and put your best foot forward..You should work as hard as possible during the training period and see to it that you complete all your tasks in time..

    Think intelligently and do all the things creatively different from others..Try to make your company get some benefits from you..Put as much effort as possible..Work smartly..Dress properly in formals..

    And also its very important to maintain good relatioons with your head and HR..As for the test i dont think there will be any test as such at the end..They will choose the students based on their performance..

    we can't be certain here, because it depends upon the norms of the company. But it is a fact that any company will eliminate any employee if he or she is worthless.
    You don't have to worry if you know you are worth something and if you can do well what you were taught.
    Most probably the company will conduct a screening test. No one can say whether the test will be tough or not, but if you know what you were taught there is no problem.

    hay..
    Its a little bit true.. If you are joining the software company after completing the B.Tech in core company or electronics company then
    you may have elemination after the training period.. because you may have more idea about the computer program.
    But if you know about the programming or the subjects taught..

    its not true when you have all qualities and ability prove them there no question of elimination during training period..moreover companies spend crores of rupees in training the employees and it is not joke.. but yes the performance of employee is taken and examined by the management you need to show them results and prove your value to the company this real satisfaction of a employee towards his job

    hello friends..

    1)if your performance is to poor they will decide to eliminate from the company

    2)in the training period they will test for the employees

    3)who are performed very well those are moved to project

    4)those who are not not performed well will give another chance and again provide training those people

    5)again conduct the test if those are not qualified or not performed well is a chance to remove from the company

    6)it may be based on the company rules and conditions

    7)some of the companies simply sit bench on those peoples

    8)if any recession will come first give preference to eliminate these peoples only
