    Are transfers too depending upon special payments?

    After a certain period of working time a candidate is transferred to some other locations. Sometimes this location is given by the employer himself and sometimes according to the wish of the candidate. Are transfers too depend upon the under the table payments or not?

    Hi.........,

    Corruption need to be stopped in our country now....

    As per legal transfer------>
    * Employer has a legal right to transfer the candidate if required.
    * Transfer is also made as per wish and acceptance of employee.
    * No bribe can be accepted for favor transfer.
    * So be true and stop those activity where bribe is taken for transfer.

    Thanks

    Dear Aspirant,

    Transfer of employee is within & out side the office.Those employees who have to be in same office forever,they get transfer from one table to another table.If the job is transferable out side of one office to another office in the jurisdiction of district/commissionary/state/country,it can be transferred any where depending upon the need of the employees.Of course there are some rules which are used to get transfer by the employees as per their wish.Such transfer is considered on the basis of health ground of the husband for wife & vice versa,children & parents.

    But it can not be denied that transfer of the employees are not affected upon special payment.It seems quite possible but not in all cases.You can not claim it as a right.

    Thanks & good luck.

    Ashok..
