Are the trainees and apprentices are eligible to get bonus from the company?

We have trainees and apprentices who work on stipend and salary. I am working as an employee in this company. We get bonus every year. I just want to know these trainees and apprentices are also eligible for the same? Is there any salary limit on which they should get the bonus or how is it? Please guide.

    DEAR EMPLOYEE..
Trainees and apprentices are not eligible to get bonus from the company

    >>TRAINEES ARE THOSE WHO ARE NOT PERMANENTLY APPOINTED AS WORKER IN THE COMPANY....

SO BONUS ARE NOT PROVIDED DURING THEIR TEMPORARY TRAINING PERIOD...

    HOPE YOU GET MY POINT....

    Dear Friend

Trainee and Apprentice are in the training period..they cant get the bonus they will just get the Stipend only..

The company is investing a Huge amount on the training of the employee and still it pays him stipend..

So you can not expect BONUS from them in the training period..

After the training period you will get a fixed saalry plus incentives based on your performance

    BEST OF LUCK

In Many Companies Trainees and Apprentice are also eligible for Bonus and Incetives.
Since they are also working full time and doing the work.

But at the end of the day it depends on Company policies and rules.
Many Companies specially big companies gives bonus to trainees also as this boosts their confidence and motivates them to do better work.
If all employees are given Bonus and they are not, than they feel left Out.
I know many banks in Private sector, who pay trainees the incentives and bonus.

Bonuses are normally paid on the basic salary of employees and it is declared each year by the manangement.

    Dear friend,

Providing bonus to apprentices/trainee is under the HR policies and norms of the organization, so it varies from company to company.
An apprentice is paid only stipend even there are companies who do not even pay the stipend too, as it is assumed that company is investing a good some of amount on training of the particular trainee.
So you cannot expect bonus from the company where you join as a trainee.
Generally there are few companies who do pay incentives to trainees not bonus. So it all depend the company's HR policies where you join.

    All the best.
