    Took one day leave and salary got deducted for 2 days

    In my offer letter, the Number of leaves specified is 15 days PA. Therefore is around 1.5 days per month. Last month I applied one day leave and my salary is deducted for 2 days. I contacted the respective team, they provided invalid reasons. I spoke to my HR and even they are not responding properly.

    Dear..

    Most of the companies today has automated system in which you have to submit the leave application and it will automatically deduct it from your leave balance. First of all see whether you have any system fault in your system. If you have then better to rectify it soon. If not then first you should go to your immediate manager and tell him about the issue and the help that you expect from him. Raise this issue in writing to the HR also. Tell them that you have not taken leave for one day and salary got deducted for two days. Take help from your senior and if they deny then you should directly go to your senior or project manager and tell him that it is not a matter of one day leave, this is the way the company is working and i expect you to take some serious action against him.

    If you tell him in such a way then a positive image of yours will be framed in the mind of the senior manager and you surely get your one day salary also.

    Dear sir,
    go by the step wise procedure like:

    1. Check for your system defect if any that keeps your leave record.
    2. Check your atttendance with the track and make sure there is not mistake there, if it is. Correct it their only.
    3. Report the matter to administraive department, their might be some mismatch there also.
    4. If there is no mistake and in the records you have just one day leave, then contact the finance department.
    5. Then after, you can with all proofs, attendance assurance to the HR (remember all dates and carry your slip/receipt/application is any).

    Dont worry, company will not do injustice. BE POLITE AND SURE OF THE DETAILS.

    Really It is very sad to hear such things.You could not say what the manager HR said to you when you reported the matter.Any how,You should represent the matter in writting to your immediate boss With a copy to the manager HR & head of the company,mentioning the terms & conditions of your appointment.If you don't get relief or salary of two days,because you already have leave in your account to avail it with pay,you will have two options .One is to leave the matter .Next is to go ahead legally.You must choose the second option for future otherwise the management will be torturing you ever.But be sure of facts at your side before going to legal side.

    Hi friend,

    Don't worry about the deducted salary definitely you will receive the money back by doing below things.

    For receiving the money contact your company head and give the complaint letter and mentioned in that letter i took the leave for one day but you detected the money for 2 days.Please credit my money immediately as soon as possible.
    Definitely your money will be credit in next month or with in 2 or 3 days.
    So,don't be late give complaint to the head office regarding the deducted extra salary.

    Hi ,
    This is not fair if you have taken 1 leave and salary deducted for 2. You have to complain this matter to your immediate

    manager who use to approve your leaves and all.

    If you got an LOP for a day , then you must have to be paid after wards.. Got for it !!

    firstly contact the concern person and give the complaint letter . informing him/her clearly about the Scenario

    And Check for the Agent Tracker with the help of the Administrative support members .

    If there is any computer fault check it.

    Or else complain to the manager regarding this and Check out your Attendance

    show some evidence if required i.e it may be attendance sheet or the Register.

    Donot worry , the pay will be returned back to you.

    If you have taken one day leave then it's necessary that only one day should be deducted, not above that. Now you need to contact your Company heads and submit an complaint in writing regarding your problem and request them to credit the wrongly deducted money as soon as possible. But going through whole matter if they found any mistake in the salary deduction, such deduction will be credited back to your Salary. However if you are not happy with the kind of assistance, complaint it in the head office. They will look into your matter and if necessary proper action would be taken in this regard.

    You must have delayed the leave letter.

    There must have been some problem with the application of leave.

    Go to the HR directly and talk about the matter.

    But first you should go to the team members or your team leader.

    Make them realise that you had taken only one leave.

    Tell them to clarify the problem.

    You will surely get paid for it.

    Dear friend,

    You must write a complaint email/letter ( mode of the communication in your company) to the HR and the other concerned people for the same. If they dont respond to you, then you must go to their heads. Attach the details of the leave and the amount deducted.

    These matters are at time neglected when they are no on paper. So communicate on paper and things will be resolved.

    Hello Sir,
    No senior member will hear the issue until its proved, so for that you need to check for the proof.
    Now a days most of the company go for automatic attendance and record maintaining system. So if you have taken leave for one days and salary got deducted for 2 days then you should go and check the system that whether its fault or not. Then you should take that report and go to the head or administrative officer of the company. And then to your HR and manager.
