Re: Too much job pressure in my current job

    Hi Mam,

This is common situation in IT sectors

Lot of employees suffer for these problems

Only way is to talk to your manager that you need to leave on time as you got other works in home , health issues

If this is not accepted . Then you can take the issue to HR

Better job profile for women is to get into any college or school as Lecturers with this job experience

Here you can go timely and return timely

    No work pressure

Can get govt holidays , Exam holidays

Can look after house hold works

    Can feel relaxed without stress

Think well on this , Plan and proceed

    All the best

    @@@ Thanks

Re: Too much job pressure in my current job

    Hey friend..

This is a common problem faced by employees working in an MNC.

The work duration is very high and it is really tiresome to work continuously for such a long hours.

Moreover, handling family along with job is really very difficult.

So,in order to solve such problem, you should talk to your employer.

If he agrees, its fine otherwise, you should search for a better job.

If the salary in the new job is less and work hour is around 6-7 hours, you should go for that job only.

Its worth earning more if you are able to manage your family and health.

    Hope this helped you.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

    Common issue.

The only solution is to talk to your manager and ask him permission to leave on time.

This is mostly faced in IT sector

Manage your time effectively so that you can avoid late going.

!0 hours is usual thing in MNC.

Or else you can switch your job where you can go home on time and spend time with your family.

    Thanks,

Re: Too much job pressure in my current job

9 to 10 hours is normal working schedule in any company in india be it private or even govt Psu
It is worse in banking sector where working hours are in range of 11-12 hours a day

with the innovations in work place and use of technology laptops are being given to most of the employees in software and other industry
with this you are tied up to work 24 by 7
dont get frustrated with sucg scenario and dont leave your job in a haste

It is very difficult to get a good job today

You can try to shift to different profiles in your same comapny where work load is less
or you can opt for work from home

So dont worry and be relaxed and these things will be easily sorted out

So, so as to unravel such downside, you ought to check with your leader.

    Hey

Professional life really takes a dig in your life. But you have to work hard for your success. But if you fell like you are not gaining anything form this job and still working hard plus you are unable to spend any time with your family i would suggest you to resign and start searching for a new job .

And i think with your experience you can get into lots of companies that is if you are confident enough.

If you dont like these kind of jobs then better take a break for job and relax a bit and think about your future whether you want to do something else in your life. Because according to me their are uncountable ways of earning money.

Say for example this site ealp.com am earning money just by answering questions and learning many things too.

Similarly if you want to do any business you can do that too. But now its important to stabilize your mind for a while. Just take few days break and enjoy your life to release some tension

    Thank you

Re: Too much job pressure in my current job

Hi i think if you really think that there is no professional or personal growth in your current job and plus there is lot of unnecessary stress then certainly you shouldnt continue with this job.

First of all you should not immediately resign. Tru to search the internet or newspapers for various jobs suited to you. Once you get a call for interview and get selected then you can resign from your current job.

Dont take unnecessary pressure. Its bad for your health. And try to spend more time with your family as that will help in your emotional and personal growth. Best of luck. Thanks

If you are facing too much pressure, then take it to higher level.

If they don't assist, then give resignation.

you should not work under pressure.

you will be given freedom to work.

Then only you can give productivity to the organization.

    Hi,

Such a condition is common in MNC.

If you are facing too much pressure, then you must leave this job.

You can join a government job by appearing for government exams where work is less and work hours are also less.

Or join some other job in another company.

You may join school teachers job or college professors job where work hours are less.

You may also do part time jobs.

    Good luck

Re: Too much job pressure in my current job

There has been numerous queries regarding high work pressure at the work place in this forum in order to seek a solution to the problem. It has been a common complaint in most of the employees's mouth. This is mostly seen in the private sector especially the software and IT field featuring the multinational companies.

It is understandable what condition you are facing. The high work pressure has tremendously affected the life of the women in the multinational companies since their time is demanded both by the family and the workplace. You need to look for some government job opportunities which will be the ideal job for you.

For now,you should do time management effectively.Prioritize your work and make sure you complete them according to the deadlines. You have to be fast in your work and quick in your thinking. This is the only way to combat the high work pressure. You should keep some part of the day for yourself and your family and should take the fullest advantage of the holidays and the weekends whichever you get.Try to relax and do not panic much. This will ease the pressure to a great extent. And as I mentioned since you are experienced so you can get light weight jobs in other companies as well.Try for them, the salary might be a bit low but you will enjoy better time with your family and less pressure.
