    Tips to handle different type of customers for a person working as a Field Executive in Airtel?

    I am a field executive in Airtel. I have to deal with different type of customers. Some customers are easy to handle while some customers are very rudy. As I know every individual is unique. I really love this job and want to learn more about how to handle customer. Can anybody suggest me tips to handle them?

    TRY TO CONTINUE BROTHERHOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH RUDE CUSTOMERS ALSO

    DO NOT WORRY ABOUT FEW CUSTOMERS WHO NEVER GET SATISFACTION FROM YOUR GOOD RESPONSE

    HELLO ASPIRANTS,
    You are field excutitive job in market its a good job,
    you intract costmers face to face and talk to polite
    If they rude behave and you explain short way your
    plan.You take number and home address costmers.
    many types people face and some people not satisfy
    your jobs plans so leave it that type person.

    The main thing you can focus upon is Human psychology.Go for online courses which give you info on human psychology and how to deal with people.The key to success here is to relate with the problems of your customer and solve them accordingly.
    *Anger management can be one of the topic you can work upon as your job requires you to be calm and composed while talking to people.
    *Do keep an eye on the feedback provided by the customers to work upon your weakness and shortcomings.

    Hi . I think handling different people according to their nature is really an interesting aspect of your job. Interacting with different kind of people makes for an interesting routine.

    I think you should speak to all your customers politely and listen to them patiently.

    Even if some are rudely speaking to you you should still be polite in your approach and not get hot. This will surely mellow them down and they will then speak to you more politely.

    If some have a serious problem and you arent able to solve it then they may get angry. You should tell them that you will solve it later and when you solve it they will surely calm down.

    I am providing some tips which will be helpfull for you to handle different kind of customer-
    • In every situation, you must have a smile on your face.
    • You must have friendly behaviour with the customer even if they behave rudely.
    • You must have the complete details of the product which you are dealing.
    • Listen the grievances of customer carefully and try to solve the same.
    • You must always be calm and confident.
    • Don't get angry, it's not good considering your profession.
    • Your main aim must be the satisfication of the consumer.
    • And most important thing, your's communication skill must be very good.

    I think handling completely different individuals consistent with their nature is basically a noteworthy side of your job. Interacting with completely different quite individuals makes for a noteworthy routine.

    i feel you must speak to all or any your customers with politeness and hear them with patience.
    notwithstanding some are impolitely talking to you you must still be polite in your approach and not get hot. this can sure enough mellow them down and that they will then speak to you a lot of with politeness.

    maintain your calmness very time "customer is king" know about customers likes and dislikes,make sure that you understand customer properly.. Then you can present your product in way that can help him. Some customers are rude calm them by your behavior and respect them they will know that they were wrong in dealing with others.. There by you can approach them... Win hearts of people you will be surely be awarded all the best...
