Time duration of changing working shifts

I got married 2 months back. At the same time I changed my job in which i was working in night shifts. But my in-laws are asking me to change my timings to day shift. Please guide me that what is the minimum period of working in any company to request for change of shifts?

Re: Time duration of changing working shifts

Dear . . . .Time duration of changing work shift is 8 hours per day or one week per month. Most of information technology sector follow eight hours per day where as government technicians follow the second choice . They work for one week day shift and other week night shift alternatively. Thank you. Happy to help you.
