Tax payee is not determind by service class or business class.the parameter to become a tax payee you have to earn above rs.200000/-pa from doing any professional.here question asker has stressed people who are service class and dependent upon salary need not to pay income tax.no incometax act does not provide such rules so any individual who earns above 200000/-in a year is liable to pay income tax.

NO, income tax has no division on the basis of the service class and dependent. There is a slab of income tax according to which your's tax liability is calculated. If your's total income comes under the slab then you need to pay the tax, no matter in which class you belongs. The income of an individual is divided into five heads i.e income from salary, income from house property, profit and gains from business or profession, capital gains and income from other sources. Check out the income tax slab of 2012-13.

    hello asked person
You are asking about some relaxation in paying service tax but it is not possible without some conditions like
    total salary
    age factors
    gender factor.
As I can understand that you are current service man below 60 years.
so only specified relaxation will be granted like
