    Are there separate interview sessions for appraisals?

    If a candidate is interested and eligible for appraisals, then what are the formalities be made? I have heard that separate interviews are made for the appraisals to be done.So, the candidates of the same profile can apply or anybody who thinks can clear apply?

    Dear Friend!

    There is no way for separate interview session for appraisal. The appraisal interview can be seen as an opportunity for you to.
    * Strengthen your relationship with your employees through open and honest dialogue
    * Identify areas for development, within your employee's current role
    * Discuss your employee's feelings and attitudes towards the work environment
    With these positive outcomes it is strange that so many managers find the performance appraisal interview to be a daunting experience, they could often delay their appraisal interviews until they are forced to have them.

    We can not call it as Interview.

    But we can call it as discussion.

    There are appraisal discussions in the organizations.

    Team lead or process lead will organize this separately for each and every employee.

    The performance of employee and expected performance for upcoming period will be discussed here.
