    Are there any strict penalties when an employee is caught as under age?

    If an employee lies on his/her age and is working under age according to child labour act then when caught will he/she be penalized for this offence, if he/she has completed 18 years but started in early age? What can be done against such an offence?

    hello guest !!

    it is big offence,that employee is underage and he is working in the company,because at this moment the concerned company is responsible for child labour and can be punished under child labour act.

    but if the candidate is responsible for this than, company can file a case against his employee in cheating company and breaking their rule and regulstion.

    in this employee can be banned from job and even he can be jailed.
