    Is there any rule about Medical reimbursement in private limited companies?

    I am an employee in a private limited company. My package is of 4 lakhs. I want to know that is there any rule about Medical reimbursement claims? Is it varying with every companyís policies?

    These rules are also known as All India Services (Medical Attendance).The rules are
    1.Authorized medical attendant
    2.Contributory health service scheme
    3.Family
    All of these has definitions underyheir rules Try to understand that..

    Hello
    It depends on your company if they have this policy or not.
    If you want to know about the medical claim policy then you should discuss this with your manager or colleagues and get the details about the medical claims and remburishment details.

    If they have such policy then you should also discuss the procedures to claim it and what are the limitations on it.
    This will help you get your medical remburishments easily

    but yes there is rule to of medical remburishment in private companies and the policy may differ from company to company.

    Dear,
    I am afraid there are no such rules that exclude the medical reimbursement plan.
    But you should be a payer of ESI and take the benefit of the scheme.
    There is a threat as it is a private company, it may take it otherwise.
    Be carefull.
