Are there any provision of providing jobs when the company gets closed?

Suppose a company suddenly gets closed without intimation to its employees. Will the company pay some compensation to employees? Or there are some provisions to provide all the employees with some job opportunities in some other companies so their livelihood doesn’t get affected?

hello friendit is very tough to say that company will provide some Compensation for it's employees after closings it.there are a lots of reasons behind it like*company close due to any governmental reasons like loan, uncertainty, irregularty etc then it's employees get a new job.* when company close by it's owner even without any notice then it's employees can go to labour court or law court for justice.* if it close due recession then employees have not any positive way to get any compensation.so you should clear all the task behind the closing and after this go to take any legal action.all the best
