Are there any penalties to my employer if I donít go for my trainings and I have been nominated for the same?

I am working in a research company. I have been asked to go for trainings every month from company for which a huge amount is paid for the arrangements. Will my employer charge me for the expenses if I sometime donít go for the trainings?

    Hi,

It depends on the conditions of your service with the employer....Also some time deduction/penalties are varrying company to company.....

Normaly speaking when the company is spending a lot of money for you on training... they are also expect some output form you.... at the same time due to different situations you might not be ale to attend....

Main thing is, you have to maintain a good relation with your employer so that situation does not arise what you are thinking...
