    Is there any fix period for employer when he canít terminate an employee as per his/her wish?

    Termination is a rare case but a well known fact for a working employee. Employerís wish to terminate can cause a big harm to employee. Are there any provisions for the same where an employer cannot terminate for a fixed period or so?

    Hi..............,

    There is a fixed period of 6 month generally where an employer do not terminate.
    But------>
    * This period can not be taken as an advantage .
    * IF needed employer can write a complain letter to head and can terminate you.
    * This is specially done in rare cases.
    * SO do not think of termination and work hard.

    Dear Aspirant,

    As we know every one wants progress in own affairs which may be health,wealth family & company etc.Here the employer gives appointment to the eligible candidates in order to get the maximum work with least expenditure so that the employer's company flourish well.Of course the govts.have formulated many rules & regulations for the welfare of the employees.

    As the services of the employees are guided & controlled by the terms & conditions of the appointment order which have to be followed by both the employers & employees.It is true that an employee can be terminated due to his/her misconduct or inefficiency or for any charges framed upon.The employee can be terminated any time without getting any notice period during the probation period & after its completion,the employee to be terminated after servig him/her the notice period by the employer.Before getting the notice period,he /she is given memo to submit the explanation for the charges framed upon & enquiry is set up for allegation of corruption.Depending upon the finding the permanent employee is served the notice period for termination.
