Are there any effect of delay after completion of studies on searching jobs?

I have completed my post graduation in finance 4 years back. Then I got married and had no chance to experience the professional working. Now I wanted to apply for a job. Will it create a negative effect when employers will see my education and job experience nil?

    Dear Aspirant,

In fact it is a negative point to you to have 4 years of gap after completion of your education for search of job now.It shows less interest in job.You should have joined any job even with low pay soon after completing your education inspite of your marriage. That would have worked to you for great extent.Your probable employer will definately aske for such gap.

Any how try your level best to get the job.Try to join any company even with low pay & try to get better job later. You can show some health problem with the advice of doctor for the said gap if you are badly needed to show.

If you are able to get any govt.job, you may not have any much problem. Here you can easily say that you had to spend such time for preparation,if you are asked in interview. So try to get job in bank/insurance sectors.Since you are post graduate in finance, you may write NET for lecturership. Here also you will have no problem. You will have much problem in pvt.company job.

So try for govt.jobs in bank/insurance sectors.

    Thanks & good luck.
