    Supervisor wrongly marked my leave, Which the company termediate me for the mistake done by supervisor

    I had taken one month leave for Vacation. Which My supervisor marked 20 working days instead of 30 days leave. Now that I have returned, management has terminated me saying I was paid extra 10 days and It's not my mistake. Supervisor is the responsible fo rti issue. But, the company terminate wrongly. They also deny me certificate for my 3 years experience in that organization. Please advice me, If I have any options.

    Dear friend,

    Yours is really a sad situation.

    I would request to meet you HR and talk to him. Tell then that they can always deduct the sal of 10 days in the future salary slips. Instaed of blaming on your boss, make it some understanding issue, tell then that there must be some ms-communication between him and his supervisor which caused the problem. And apologize for whatever happened. Tell them that you will ensure such things don't repeat in future.

    Dont play the blame game as your boss or supervisor is in this office for more number of years and has more reputed place than yours. By doing so, you will only be troubling yourself.
