    Steps to write a sponsorship agreement between two companies?

    Can you please give me the information which are needed to write the sponsorship agreement between two companies? What is the format we should follow for it? It will be highly helpful if you can give me some examples? Maybe in .doc or .pdf format. Need to write it down soon being an HR. So please give me the information as soon as possible.

    Steps to write a Sponsorship agreement between two companies:
    If you want to write a Sponsorship agreement between two companies then you have to use a company official letterhead when you are preparing a sponsorship contract documents .

    Then you have to insert a important date information and other contact information into your contract .

    Now you have to refer to your sponsor and organization in the same way each time in the contract and after that you have to explain the purpose of contract and sponsorship .

    After that you should have to prepare a consequences and repercussion that either side will incur if contract is broken .

    Then sign a documents and sponsor organization will sign the contract .

    Now signer's position within a company and write a agreement .

    This is a complete procedure to write a Sponsorship agreement between two companies .
