Steps to write a good reference letter?

Recently I applied for a job and they are asking for reference letter from two members, so I need to ask some of the person whom I know but it will be highly helpful if I keep the letter format ready and get it signed from them. So can you please tell me what format I should follow for the reference letter? How to make it more professional? Please give me the steps in detail in order to apply the same.

    Hello there !!!

to make the reference letter you need too make it in a professional way.
and for making it in a professional way, you need to jot down all the possible requirements.
also your professional letter must contains all your academic qualification right from the begining to the end of your education.

    although education have no end

it must contains all the formats.
it must state your degree, aim, hobbies, any drop or back in your technical degree.
it must state your previous company work profile if you have any.
it must state why you are joining the company.
it must have the reference from your previous company.

this are enough for your professional letter.

hope i am clear to you.
