    Special Preferences to female candidate who is taking undue advantages over other females

    We have a staff of 40 employees were 12 females are working to different posts. Some employees are working older than some of the other. The prior one are taking undue advantages in special preferences given on others. They are also indulged in extra matters activities which should not be entertained. What should be done?

    Sorry but they are also employed as you are there so you can not do anything to them specially when ther are given special prefrence. For whatever reason , if they are standing on more value than you then let it go and if things are moving out of bearing situation then search for a new job..
