    Should unwanted gossips encouraged in office?

    Gossips are most of the good timepass in office now a days. There are two types of gossips.One which is wanted and increase your knowledge and another one which decrease your personality. If it’s related to fun, game, music general knowledge then its welcome and if it’s to one own’s personal life then. Unwanted gossips should be avoided in office. What are the ways through which this can be avoided.

    Hey

    You cant just work all day and have no fun and just stay quite and do your job. You have to fresh up from time to time. These kind of talks are absolutely necessary if you want a stress free environment to work.

    Still if you really want to avoid these kind of talks i guess it might have a bad impression on your colleague . They might thing you are arrogant and you dont want to mix with them and all.

    See work is fine but sometimes these kind of talk helps you in your performance and you too will enjoy working in a cheerful environment.

    If you really dont want to talk then its simple dont talk just do your work.

    Yah you are absolutly rite.

    you have to try unwanted gossips in the office
    strictly.

    when you on the floor try to talk only about your work,target,& office .

    so if your boss will come to know about your this kind of talks he may get impressed.

    and its benificial for you.

    And another thing was you cant totaly awoide the unwanted gossipes

    coz your colleages will get wrong intenstions about you.

    so be their with them but try to show slight interest in it.

    In office every time do work is a stressful task.
    For taking relief and refress you can go to coffee shop and can walk here and there for a little moment.
    If you want refress related to fun, game, music general knowledge then its good and encouraged thought.
    You can welcome it with full heart and can adopt it¡¯s to one own¡¯s personal life then. Unwanted talk is a worse thing to do so do ignore it.
    These Unwanted gossips should be avoided in office. As you are in office so be deciplaned.

    Hi I think that working all day and not indulging in any entertainment can make you dull as they say " All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy" . This can also decrease your work efficiency.

    Of course good gossip is a good form of entertainment but unwanted gossip may appeal to some and not to others. So if you want to stay away from unwanted gossip then you should listen to music in your earphones at the time when your colleagues are indulging in unwanted gossip. Or you can read a good book.

    But your colleagues may take this as rude behaviour so you should try to maintain good relations with your colleagues which is more important.

    But if you are a employer and you want to stop your employees from this thenyou can implement strict rules in this regard and even impose fine.

    Its better and good to avoid gossips.

    People who talk about others now before you then they might also talk about you at the back when your are not there.

    You can go out for tea breaks and talk about your commmon interest you people have.

    Nor some sports you people are interested.

    You can also get yourself involved in playing some games.

    Others will feel as if your staying away from them but the fact is better be a silent player.

    This gossips might also result in some fights.

    Its not encourageable to do gossips.And not a healthy way of talking about things.

    Unwanted gossip has became a very common issue across .
    But this should not be encouraged in the office.
    Its quite obvious to take a break at work and chat with your colleagues for some time as refreshment.
    But it shouldn't be about anybody's personal life, or any personal issues.
    Gossip will create a bad image about you .
    This is very unprofessional .
    If you want to talk ,then you can discuss on any productive issue or casual topics like movies , songs or any books or something.
    This will help you to learn .
    Talk on topics that are creative.
    But gossiping will create an unhealthy environment at work.
    It may hamper your professional bondings with your colleagues.
    So avoid gossiping on anyone's personal life at work.

    THe main thing is to maintain the discipline of he office when someone is on the job..

    If he/she disturb the office decorum then it is very annoying..

    Gossips are gud when done in the free time but when some important work is being it sometimes irritates..

    So for avoiding the best method is not to notice it dont take it to heart..

    Just hear it from One ear and let it out from another..

    Be professional and dont take it personally..

    Try to more indulge in the office work as a Free mind is of Devil mind..

    So dont sit idle so that you can gossip..

    Gossips are common at Work, but they should be encouraged all the time.


    When there is no work, then unwanted Gossips will arise.

    If you/they are at Work, then all must discuss about the work and communicate only which is required to deal with the work.

    To avoid unwanted Gossips :

    Know the importance of Work.

    Instead of useless gossips, learn novels discuss about the Growth factors which will help the company to grow.

    Use the internet to check mails or any other important work if you have.

    Listen to music which makes you fresh.

    Also Place the posters like :

    " Be Silent at Work ".

    " Concentrate more on what you do ".

    " Wake everyone around you ".

    " Always do the smart work ".

    All these posters must be attached near to the cabins.

    This may bring change in you and others too.

    Hello friend,
    Unwanted gossip should be avoided inside company,it disturbs others and some time very annoying .so someone may complain against you for the same .apart from that unwanted gossip will create noise which is not suitable for working environment and it will break your concentration.
    if you have leisure then go for break,spent some time on net or any recreational facility provided by your company and that will help you to spent your leisure ,apart from that if you have some thing to say you can discuss it over a tea or coffee with your colleagues.

    hello friend you can enjoy in your office with many tasks but these all tasks should be in proper manner and discipline.every employee want some time to enjoy for refreshing him/her from work.Because this refreshing time will be very good to maintaining working power.these task may be it- going to canteen shop- gossiping with colleagues who are equal as your post- putting any knowledging topic-walking for some stepsBut personally matter should not be disclose in office and worthless talking also create problems.so always avoid unclear matter in office or company.thanks
