Should reimbursement be given to the victim if company vehicle meets with an accident?

I am the owner of a private company. Recently our companyís vehicle meet with an accident. It was purely the mistake of our driver since he was drunk. Now should reimbursement be given from the company for the innocent victims of the accident?

    Hi,

As per norms you should given reimbursement to the victims as the fault is related to your driver....
You can penalise your driver not others who are victim...

Warn your doctor and take necessary action against him immediately.

You can also penalty to the your driver
You can take the action immediately
You can ask the condition of patient.

So you definitely given to the reimbursement to the victim.
