Should I take up a job at Rs. 15,000 per month after completing my MBA from a three star college in the country?

I have just completed my MBA from a decent college in the country. It has a three star ranking. I sat for numerous campus placements but did not get any job. I am very disheartened. At the moment I am getting jobs that will pay me Rs.15000 per month. I have spent a huge amount on my MBA degree and hence do not want to sit idle. Should I take up this job or it will taboo my career?

It is not necessary that if you are getting an MBA from a good college than you will definitely earn huge in start, see these fields are really competitive and thus to earn more you will have to produce something extra in front of employers so that they can pay you more. Sitting idle will not help you in any sense, if you are getting a less paying job but matching the area you want to work or degree than you should take it. Sometimes in interviews people are not able to present themselves according to the employers need which make there selection difficult.

By taking the job first of all you will be gaining the experience in your field which helps greatly and secondly you will come to know the need of the industry more clearly and thus you will be able to prepare yourself much better for high paying jobs. See once you gain a good experience of one two years you will be much more prepared for those high paying jobs and thus will meet the standards of those jobs. Just work hard on the job and try to learn things that add to your skills.

Waiting for better opportunities will not help you as it will add frustration and also if you like you can apply for other jobs while you have joined the company if you think you deserve better without waiting for year or 2.

Nowadays competetion is very much higher and to survive in this competetive world you need to grab all those things which is required to get the success.
As you said that you did MBA from a nice college and you think that 15000 rupees job is not according to your status then let me explain you one thing that nowadays people are struggling for the job of 5000 rupees and still they are not getting that, because there is no vacancies in the company and there are many employees in the line to get the job, only those get the job who are the best amongst all.
So they are looking for the best and there are many bests in the line so best of the best will get the job.
Keep this thing out of your mind that as a fresher you will get the job of 50000 rupees because that is only possible if you have studied in IIM, IIT or any such reputed institutions.
15000 is not less amount, if you grab this job right now then you will not only get that money but also you will have some experience for that.
Yopu are not getting the job on contract you can leave the job any time as you are not bound to work over there.
Just grab the opportunity and perform well if they see that you are effective then they will provide you the increment and promotion as well.
You can also search for the good jobs by working over there once you get your dream job leave the company and go for the job that you always needed.
But never leave the opportunity like anything as that will be the first step of the success .
After that there will be many more ste
