    Should I take some stuff like laptop, projector etc. sicne no proper settlement has done after resigning from company

    I am working in a software company as an area manager. I have resigned from the company before a month. But the company has not reimbursed all my expanses cost up to 15K. Should I take the things like laptop, data card, projector etc?

    Hi..I think it would be highly impropable if you take away the things like laptop, projector etc which are the possessions of your company..If your company is doing the wrong thing by not paying you expenses then its not proper that you should retaliate back by doing something wrong yourself..

    It will be much better if by some proper means you can make your company reimburse your expenses rather than taking away their possessions without their permission which is both wrong and illegal..

    First of all you go and talk directly to your HR and tell him that you want all your expenses to be reimbursed soon as already much delay has occured..Warn him that otherwise you are going to file a complaint against them...I am sure he will agree and listen to sue..
