Should I switch my current school where I am working from the past 10 years for another school where I will get more salary?

I am working with a school from the past 10 years as a pre primary teacher. The working conditions have worsened with time. I have got an opportunity to switch my job to another school with almost the same working conditions but a higher salary. Should I stick to my current school or shift to the new one?

    HI
It completely depends on you that how you want to proceed.
Are you interested in making more money and a better growth for yourself and your career.
Ask yourself this question, think about it and if the answer is yes, then go for your new job or else if you think that you donít want to change your school and you are happy with whatever you have, then you should not go anywhere and continue teaching in the same school that you are in right now
    Gud luck

    Hi,

    It is your choice.

If the working conditions are same , and you get more salary then you must switch to that job.

If you want to earn more money then you can absolutely join the job.

It is okay if you leave the previous job where you have worked for 10 years.

As per your query it seems that you want change your job.

You must go for the new job and earn more salary.

This is right and there is no harm to your career in this matter.

    All the best
