    Hi,

Yes you can proceed with the new job opportunity for sure . You have got 3 years of experience in banking Field and that is highly valuable and sufficient to continue your career with the new job which will provide you more experience and knowledge on the same field . Also your getting salary hike for the same which should be considered with high priority . Don't lose this opportunity . You can go ahead with the job and achieve greater heights & success . You can pursue MBA in HR to increase your competency level so that you can get into HR / Managerial positions at the earliest .....

    Thanks !!!!
