Yes, you can ask your company manager. You need to write the Transfer request letter. Int hat letter write your problems .

If the company accept your letter then you can transfer to other location. otherwise you have to stay there only.

Re: Should I request for transfer in my first job due to bad health?

    Dear friend,
Yes you can ask for transfer

    Follow the below instruction...
1.Investigate offices for your organization throughout the country. If you work for a large organization, there's a possibility a satellite office is located in the vicinity of where you wish to live. Find the information for a satellite office near your destination and offer to work there. If there are no satellite offices, look at the option to work from home. Create a comprehensive plan to present to your employer regarding working from home, and include scheduled visits (if necessary) to the office you previously worked in.

2Investigate cost-of-living differences. Use Internet sources such as job boards, salary Internet sites or CNNmoney.com to create a report of the cost-of-living difference between your current location and the location you wish to relocate to. If cost of living is higher, offer to maintain your current salary. If the cost of living is lower, be willing to decrease your salary. If there are no satellite offices in the area you wish to relocate, be willing to decrease your salary due to lower transportation costs. If a significant increase is necessary to maintain your current standard of living, look at alternatives such as waiting to receive an increase until your next scheduled salary increase. Your employer is more likely to work with you if you present cost savings.

3Present your research to your supervisor. Be prepared to present your compiled information professionally, and offer a solution for every concern your employer may have. Include your performance assessments, potential cost improvements and reasons you need to relocate to another state. Assure your employer that you are dedicated to the organization, which is why you wish to continue employment with them. An employer is more likely to work with an employee that has performed satisfactorily or excels. Because employers are looking to cut costs, your research and salary adjustment information should be appealing to your employer.

    Thanks.

Yes you could ask for your transfer as you have a genuine reason for that.

As told by your doctor it has happened to you due to change of your environment ,you can have medical certificate from
your doctor mentioning your illness due to unsuitable weather for you which you can attach with your application letter
    for transfer.

Also you can try for a short term leave so that you could recover and come back to work if there is problem in getting transfers,
if you think you can adapt to new environment.

Everywhere there are provisions to do transfer under genuine medical ground. As Doctor decides your illnes is continuing due to sudden weather change from one place to another place. you have mentioned it is your first job and joining.I think as it is your first job you have to complete probation period ask Dr.under his medical care you are capable to finish your probation period at the place where you posted. If Dr.is in a position to keep you feet up to probation period then it is to be better to you to claim medical ground transfer then you are confirmed employee so you can stress more for your genuine medical ground transfer.

Submit your prolonged treatment related voucher,Dr.certificate prescription to establish transfer under genuine medical ground.

Otherwise if you feel fit and weather adjusted after continuing few months if situation i.e.environment allow you to stay you change your decision also.

    Thank you.

    Dear Guest
It is not advisable to get transfer at the start of your job,
If you have serious health issues then you need to take care of it.
Get a proper medical council and try to talk to the HR citing the reasons and providing the certificates.
If there is any opportunity or vacancy in the city you need the transfer then you can get the transfer,
    Thank you

Hi guest, you can request for transfer in your first job due to bad health or change in the environment, for that you must have to write an letter to the manager of your company and request them to transfer from udaipur and also attach the medical reports of the doctor who had examined you. Your transfer request will accepted or not will depend upon the decision taken by the management of the company. And it will also depend upon the vacant post availability according to your post. Thanx

    Hello Friend,

You should apply for transfer because health is more important than any thing, but remember company wont entertain personal interests regularly however it may transfer you on business reason.

    hello friend...

you are correct.your doubt is correct because you joined just before some months.even then your health is more important than your job..

you may get another job but if your health spoil means where you will get...

so better you can give your transfer request to your boss.in this you should explain what problem you are facing here..

you should express medical doctor certificate..it may helpful....

all the best.take care your health..

    hello friend

if you are suffering from health problem then surely you can request for your transfer even if its is your first job and even if you have recently joined because health comes first,if you are suffering from various types of diseases then you can't work properly and concentrate on your work.

for transfer you can talk to the hr of the department.
you can request him for your transfer by showing all the medical certificates.
also you can write a letter to him explaining all the difficulties you are facing due to change of environment with the medical certificates.

    all the best
    thank you.
