Should I pay the employee who left after a week without signing the Appointment letter?

I appointed a System Admin in my office and after a week he left the job before signing the Appointment letter as he was more interested in Part time job. Now he is asking for salary for this week. Is he eligible to receive one week salary from the company or not?

As an employer you have not asked to sign on appointment letter though he has served 7 day's at your company. It is true as he has worked he is elligible for remuneration again appointee did not sign appontment letter. Here if there is no question of bond or any attachment you are to pay as you are employer you call him to sign and to submit resignation letter and credit his/her due amount by way of cheque or tfr,dft etc.

    hi friend,

as the person you appointed as a system admin has worked in your company for a week and left the job without signing the appointment letter i think that you need not

pay him the amount for that week. Because you have spent a lot more time for appointing the admin. You have wasted your time and now at this moment again you are

    standing at the beginning.

He has no right to ask the salary as he has left the job without doing it completely and also not signed the appointment letter.

But if you think of paying him do the following

first make him sign the appointment letter and also make him sign the resignation letter and pay the salary for the week as per your pay scale. Which would solve your problem.

    Thanking you

    ** HI **

    ** No,its not must **

*_* You can pay the employee for his work done to you once he/she signs in appointment letter *_*

    *_*
The employee don't have rights to ask or take any action against you regarding this *_*

    *_*
More ever the 7 days work will be considered as a training for the required position *_*

    *_*
And it also depend on your own wish where you need to decide whether to give him or not based on the performance he/she did for you *_*

    ** Thank you **

    hi friend,
If the man have left the job after one week and he asked for receiving the salary for working of one week.
Then you have pay to that man one week salary because this man has work in your office for a week and some problem he left the job.

If is there is any rule in your company that you don't give money but there is no such rules then you should pay the one week salary to that man.
If you pay the salary to that man, man will happy and they pray for you.

Hi. No i dont think you should pay this person who you appointed as a system admin in your office and he left his job just after one week without signing the appointment letter.

I think he should have shown some decency and not asked for the money. As you have not signed any contract with him you are under no obligation to pay him one week's salary. Rest is your decision.

First you spent a lot of time in appointing this person and now you have to waste more in appointing someone else in his place. I dont think he deserves any salary as he should have told you in advance that he was gonna leave.

Hopefully i have solved your query. Thanx )

    Hello friend,
a person who left the job after one week shows that he was not interested in that job so he left.in that case he neither will claim for the salary and you dont need to pay also.
however if he claims its wrong you can tell him that salary is paid for monthly basis and had he completed one month in that job he would have been eligible for the salary else no salary.
    thank You.

If you pay the pay to it man, man can happy and that they pray for you.
No i dont assume you ought to pay this one who you appointed as a system admin in your workplace and he left his job simply once one week while not sign language the appointment letter.

I believe he ought to have shown some decency and not asked for the money. As you have got not signed any contract with him you're beneath no obligation to pay him one week's pay.
    Rest is your call.

1st you spent lots of your time in appointing this person and currently you have got to waste additional in appointing somebody else in his place. I don't assume he deserves any pay as he ought to have told you beforehand that he was gonna leave.
