Should I leave my new job, which I got after a lot of failures, just because I am not able to get along well with anyone here?

I am working in a private firm. I have just joined this job and got it after a lot of struggle and failures. So it means a lot to me. But I am facing a big problem here as I am not able to get along well with anyone here. This is not letting me like this job and my performance is also suffering. Will it be a good decision to leave this job? Please guide me in the right direction.

    Dear Aspirant,

Yes,struggle is life. There is no life without struggle. You have to face & struggle every where to get success. Also it is technique to behave well with others. It all depends upon your behaviour which develop relation with others .Here you are able to go along with any one which is making you to think whether to resign this job or to continue. You should note that all the persons are not bad.You are not able to mingle with any of them,it means you are suffering from some bad opinion against them. You should see the demerits & merits among them.If you speak well,I do not think they will not behave well with you.

So leaving job is not the solution. You should examine in your self what thoughts are disturbing you in mingling with them.Of course, there may be some habit such as smoking, drinking alcohol, but it does not prevent you to talk & laugh with them.

So correct your thought, opinion, behaviour against your work partner & develop good relation & continue working here till you get still higher job.

    Thanks & good luck.

    Hello...,

You know you are so lucky that you have got a job. There are so many sitting unemployed and in desperate need of a job. You have got one after such a struggle so you should not let it go easily . You have to fight with all the problems so that work comfortably. If you feel you are not able to go with your colleagues easily, don't panic. t is natural that we have matching frequency with some and not with others.
First of all make out the thinking of your fellow mates. Then if you find it positive then you try to interact in a polite way.I am sure slowly and slowly , you will get a positive reply.
Be a hardworking person. IT is only your positive qualities that will help you make good friends.
If you find some colleagues indulged in negative things like alcohol, smoking and others try to keep a distance with them. it will be better for you. Interact when needed.
If at last you are not able to manage at that place, first assure that you have got a new job , then leave the current one.

    Thank you.

    Dear Aspirant,

As we know that man is social animal & can not live alone. Also man has to struggle for many things & it gives much pleasure if you get something after struggle. Now when you have got a job after heavy struggle, you should try too adjust with others & work well. You should follow the principle of give & take.If you give regards to others will also give you regards.

You may remember the third principle of Newton's law.If you apply it in your real life, you may have least problem.Leaving job is not a solution to the problem, because you will find people every where & you should learn to behave well & adjust with others. All the persons are not bad.

So try to examine yourself & get over the demerit in order to adjust with others.

    Thanks.
