Should I leave my job as I donít like any of my colleagues?

I am working in a government organisation. I am quite satisfied with everything here including my salary. But the biggest problem here is one of my colleagues who is making my life hell here. He always tries to let me down in everything and also bullies me in front of everyone. I really want to leave this job because of him. Will this be the right decision? How to deal with such a problem?

    Hello,

No, this is not at all a wise decision. If you don't like goverment job then why did
you join here. Most people working in goverment organizations are looking for job
security and not salary. You should not be too concious about your salary. The working
environment in all goverment organization is just the same. Regarding your collegue you
should report it to the higher authorities about his behaviour. Just stick to your current
job and everything will be fine in due course.

    Bye,

    hi dear,,
i think leaving the job is not the way to solve the matter because there is no guarantee that in any other job you will not get that type of guy.
also, there you are satisfied with the everything.salary is good.everything is good then you should not leave the job.
instead of escaping you should fight with the situation.
if he is creating problem every time then complain against him to your boss so that you can work efficiently.
if you are thinking that there is something wrong in you that's why he is creating problem then try to remove them.
best way is that you should avoid him.
    thank you !!!

In todays worls getting a job with the government is big achievment
You are already working in an Government organization, so do not even think of leaving the job.
You should be brave enough to face him.
Try to ignore him and do not feel bad about this

Also you can always talk to your seniors about this issue
They would definitely resolve this issue

    Dear,
Don't leave the job it will be like surrendering yourself infront of your colleagues. You should try to be bold to tackle the difficulties they put in your way.
    "Fight, do not surrender"
A job is also like a battle, you have to deal with such kind of things, and it is up to how you respond to them.
My suggestion is that you should not leave the job, and complaint about the acts of your co-workers to the higher authorities.

    Best of luck.

The world is facing the problem of unemployment in various sectors. The population is expanding at a rapid pace as compared to the working places. The number of applicants has increased tremendously as compared to the number of vacancies produced.Hence there is huge competition everywhere. In modern India, the government jobs are very hard to get and the toughest competition is seen in the government jobs.Hence government jobs are like jewels.

You are happy with your job and even the salary too. Moreover, you are in a government service so you are talented as well as lucky. So remove the thought of leaving the job just because of the problem concerning your colleague. It is your hard work that has brought you here and merely because of someone else's bad behaviour you will leave the job, this is not at all justified.Even though working environment matters a lot for job satisfaction but that does not mean you will leave your job like this only.

You should first look for certain solution to your problem.Try to solve it personally first.Approach the colleague, ask him what is the problem and come to a mutual understanding.Explain your problems and how your work and performance is getting affected because of his activities.Request him to improve and cooperate with you.If he still does not improve, then you may approach the higher authority and catch their eye regarding this issue and request them for a solution.

If there is no positive response from the higher authority also, then you may give a thought of leaving the job.But before leaving make sure you have a job offer ready at your hand so that you can switch company easily. For now, just adjust a bit and side by side try for better jobs and better companies and on getting that, you may switch the company.

Absolutely no, the following is not a shrewd decision. If you do not such as government employment in that case exactly why did
an individual enroll in here. Many people operating in government companies are trying to find employment
protection without salary. You should not often be also conscious regarding salary. The important
natural environment in any government corporation is the same. With regards to your colleague an individual
really should review the item towards the better professionals with regards to his / her behavior. Just simply stick to your existing
employment along with almost everything is going to be fine in thanks course.
The entire world is usually experiencing the issue associated with being out of work in various sectors. The population is broadening on intense speed than the doing the job places. The quantity of applicants has increased tremendously than the quantity of openings produced.Hence you can find enormous competitiveness everywhere. In contemporary Indian, government entities careers are incredibly challenging to get as well as roughest competitiveness is observed in government entities jobs.Hence government careers are like jewels.

That you are very pleased with your employment and perhaps the pay too. Moreover, you are in a government assistance which means you are skilled together with lucky. So remove the thought of making the task simply due to the trouble relating to a person's colleague. It will be your effort in which has brought an individual right here and simply due to another person's awful habits you'll get away from the task, the following is not justified.Even while doing the job natural environment matters a great deal for employment fulfillment although that will not indicate you'll get away from your employment like that only.

It is best to first look for several way to a person's problem.Try to unravel the item in person first.Approach the colleague, let him express what is the trouble are available to a mutual understanding.Explain a person's challenges and the way your operate and performance is becoming damaged due to his / her activities.Request him to improve along with work with you.If he or she still won't increase, you very well may strategy the higher authority along with pick up their eyesight about this issue and request these folks for any solution.

In case you cannot find any constructive response with the better authority furthermore, you very well may give an idea associated with making the job.But prior to leaving ensure you work offer all set on your hand to enable you to swap company easily. For currently, simply adjust a lttle bit along with hand and hand apply for superior careers and much better providers in addition, on having in which, you might swap the company.
I'm sure making the task isn't how you can remedy the difficulty as there is not any make sure in which in almost any additional employment you simply will not have that style of guy.
Furthermore, wow happy with the everything.salary is usually good.
Things are all superior then you should not get away from the job.
In lieu of getting out you ought to struggle with all the situation.
In case they are generating trouble each time in that case grumble towards him to the supervisor to enable you to operate efficiently.
In case you are believing that there are a problem in your soul that's why they are generating trouble in that case look at to get rid of them.
