Doing a Job or any kind of work depends upon your thinking. If you are thinking that whatever money or lifestyle you are getting , is good you carry on your call centre job. But As I am thinking , you want to be a good leader and want to have a great life style with great money , as you are doing your job with your education. Friend it depends upon your thing , if you want to get more things , move ahead .
Hope you understand . take care

    Dear Friend
Itís a good thing that you are doing your graduation and youíre earning and it is also a good thing that you get good perks and like your work place.
As you rightly said call centres are not career builders. You do get good salary, and have good working conditions, but you donít get recognised for your job. You donít have a challenging job. You donít have career growth.
But if you change your job, the factor of job improvement and job satisfaction cannot be guaranteed. It cannot be guaranteed that you will have a good boss, good salary growth, good working conditions, low pressure, challenging job etc.
So what I suggest is you first decide why you want to change your job? As you have already said, I donít think that there is any problem with your present job, only that you feel there is no chance of improvement. So I think you should change your job only after you feel that you have a very good offer and nothing to regret about.
Sit down and draw the merits and demerits of both the situation and decide accordingly.
    Good luck....

Because they are many opportunities in a private sector's.
I Am given the some tips given them:

    # You must leave the your previous job.
    # You can concentrate every point of your job side.
    # You can improve your communication skills.
    # You can improve your attitude.
    # You can develop positive thoughts.
    # You must improve you hard work.
    # You can focus to the salary also.
    # You must prepare to get job .

So I think you should change your job only after you feel that you have a very good offer and nothing to regret about.

    Hello,

Frankly speaking, this job has got lesser aspects and options for you.If you have good communication skills then its a huge plus point for you. After completion of your graduation degree, you can join any good company's front office. There, your communication skills will help you extensively. My suggestion to you will be to complete your graduation course with good marks. You must look forward towards a good permanent job.If you are in need of money then continue with this BPO job till you complete your degree course.Once you complete it,enroll yourself in any professional diploma course that will help you in getting a good job.Completion of a professional diploma course will give you some additional credit.Since you aspire for a career growth,so switching over to something else will guide you towards your goal.

yes you should leave call centres and join a good IT company or any company that gives work experience in your life.. call centre jobs don't really focus on career growth and you will not get recognition in your work.. career growth is not about getting perks or comfort zone to work in... to become some thing and do good in your career growth then you need to move forward and do better job.. why don't you do MBA which is better than you waste your time in working for call centre..
working in call centre in shift duties also is very painful and stressful your young now so you will not face the stress of losing your energy.. call centre timings are not flexible generally they function at nights and you will have some times sleepless nights which is very dangerous forget about your perks that you get your damaging your health health is wealth...
how long every thing has a limit you should take some tough decisions in your life as far as your employment career is concerned do a decent job which is special and do challenging job which make you valuable in job market ..all the best

You should not leave your existing job.
Try to go up the ladder in this field only, try to become Team Leader and than assistant manager and so on.

Also after completing your Graduation, you can start preparing for the jobs in the Government sectors.
You can prepare and apply for the below exams:
    >> BANK PO
    >> BANK CLERKS
    >> SSC combined Gradaute Level exams

Dear presently you are working well without any problem with your company so that i would like to suggest you that you should not leave your job because job is job and it may be big or small but presently you are able to survive on your own power without taking help of any person and if you will release from your job then you will fee necessity of money for your own expenses which are not able to full fill at present time and in future you will see a lot of jobs but there would also be recession of jobs after sometime that is why first of all you should complete your graduation which is compulsory for every student then you should try to get more different opportunities and if you think that in future you will not get any type of profit in your job then you should apply for MBA in correspondence mode and complete your MBA and when you get your bachelor's degree then you should collect good knowledge of your specialization subject and apply for another job and prepare for interview process well and i am sure that you are a experienced person then you will easily get a good job after call center job then you should go for another job and complete your MBA during this job and do not leave it and when you get your MBA course degree then you should apply for job in any MNC then you may easily full fill your dreams

    All the best

    Hi
Call centres have the culture which you cannot adopt for the life long job because of the monotonous life in it. All the people joining the centres are either part timers or people for a short term job. Therefore it is advisable that you should quit this and find yourself some better opportunities than this in your own particular field.
    Gud luck

Re: Should I leave my call centre job and try for better opportunities?

    Hi friend

You should definitely go out and try to explore more opportunities and don't restrict yourself to just this part time job. Also nothing is impossible so you should not think that you don't have any scope for improvement. You can certainly improve if you have the determination and the will power to do so. As you are good in communication skills you can try for better jobs like a tv anchor, journalist etc.

Firstly you should not underestimate yourself and should have the will to progress further in your life. then you yourself will be looking and searching for better opportunities to secure your future and to even become a more better person. You certainly have it in you to do much better in your life than your present state. You just have to find your own true potential and work accordingly. Then you will see how far you go.

I hope you understand my point. good luck

It's a good thing that you're doing your graduation and you are getting and it can also be a good thing you will get good rewards and like work place.
As you rightly claimed contact centers aren't career builders. You do get good wage, and have good working situations, but you do not get acknowledged for the job. You don't have a tough job. You don't have career growth.
But if you change your job, the factor of job development and job satisfaction cannot be guaranteed. It cannot be guaranteed in full that you will have a great boss, good wage development, good working situations, low stress, difficult job etc.
So what I suggest is you first choose why you wish to change your job? As you've currently claimed, I don't think that there surely is any issue along with your provide job, only that you feel there's number chance of improvement. Therefore I believe you should change your job only following you feel that you've an excellent present and nothing to regret about.
Take a seat and draw the merits and demerits of both the situation and choose accordingly.
this job has lesser aspects and alternatives for you.If you've good connection abilities then its an enormous plus position for you. After completion of your graduation amount, you can join worthwhile company's top office. There, your connection abilities will allow you to extensively. My suggestion for you is to total your graduation program with good marks. You must search ahead towards a great lasting job.If you are needing money then carry on with this specific BPO job till you total your amount course.Once you total it,enroll yourself in any qualified diploma program that will allow you to in getting a good job.Completion of an expert diploma program provides you with some extra credit.Since you aspire for a lifetime career development,so converting to another thing may manual you towards your goal.

Sure you should leave contact centres and join a great IT business or any business that provides work knowledge in your life.. contact heart careers don't really give attention to career development and you won't get recognition in your work.. career development isn't about getting rewards or comfort zone to work in... to become some thing and do good in your career development then you definitely need to go ahead and do greater job.. why don't you do MBA which surpasses you waste your amount of time in employed by contact centre..

Employed in contact heart in shift responsibilities also is really uncomfortable and stressful your young today so you won't face the stress of dropping your energy.. contact heart timings aren't flexible typically they function at nights and you could have some times sleepless nights that is really harmful forget about your rewards you will get your damaging your wellbeing health is wealth...
just how long everything has a limit you should get some difficult decisions in your lifetime as far as your employment career is concerned execute a respectable job that is specific and do difficult job which can make you useful in job industry.

    HI,

As you are doing graduation with part time job.
    It is really good work.
For now working in call center is good.
you must be getting enough money to spend on daily requirements.

After graduation you must go for your field job.
As you said you have good communication skills, you must do MBA or PG in your field.
If you do masters in your field, your chances of getting better job will increase.
So, for now continue with the present job uptill you complete your masters.
Then join your field job which will be full time job.
Also you will be paid quite high and may get additional facilities based upon your skills and score in entrance.

Moving ahead will raise your salary and status of living.
So, move ahead and live your dreams.
Do not confine yourself to this particular job when you are pursuing a degree in a good field.
Make your career in the field of your choice.

    All the best
