    Dear Friend,

cogratulation for being selected for job.

For asking regarding outstation allowances,it depends upon the terms and conditions of your appointment which you might have received it.

You should see that this allowance is being paid to other employee or not.

But if you are getting your first job,you should go and join first, work there for some time and then ask for the same allowances depnding upon the provision and being paid to other staff.

    Thanks.

In case if you are deputed to outstation city you are eligible for deputation allowance. Here I think you are posted as per concern's rules for long period. So this posting means transfer from one city to another city hence transfered related all costs are to be reimbarsed by the concern .No outstation allowance to be paid.

    ## HI ##

    ## Its depend on the Organization ##

#_# First you should go through the company's rules and regulations and find whether you have this option or not #_#

    #_#
Some companies may give outstation allowance and some companies may not #_#

    #_#
You can request this by giving a letter to HR (or) you can send a mail too #_#

    #_#
If the company offers this policy then you can claim the money that you spent as allowance by submitting the needed documents #_#

Re: Should I ask for outstation allowance when posted to another city?

    hi friend,

first of all congrats that you have got job.

As you have said that you belong to delhi and you have got posting in himacalpradesh,

most of the govt organisations provide the outstation allowances to their employees.

but coming to the private organisations most of the companies do not provide any outstation allowances to their employees.

But if your salary is less and you cant survive with that salary in an outstation then you can ask your company for the outstation allowance because you haven't got any other option.

And if you are married then it would be very very much difficult to take care of your family with that salary so i think you can ask your company to provide outstation allowance.

Make sure that you ask your company higher officials in a polite way, so being polite and making their understand your problem would solve your problem i think and that's what i suggest you.

Do not talk to the higher officials in a rude way as you are the one who is going to get benefited if you are getting paid outstation allowance, so be polite and kind enough.

    thanking you.

Hi guest, The payment of outstation allowance will depend upon the companies terms and conditions, which differs from company to company. Some company pay for it and some companies may not. So you must write an letter (mail) to HR department. They will give you the complete information about the outstation allowance. Usually company pay advance amount for it or they will pay the amount only when the necessary documents for the expenses incurred are produced before the company. Thanx

    * The allowance amount may vary for each company *

    * you will be offered guest house accomodation for 2-3 weeks or booked room in star hotel *

    * Food expenses can be claimed with proper valid bill proofs *

    * If this is not offered , you can talk to your HR or resource manager for grant of these allowances *

Just apply, the amount will be forwarded to your Reimbursement account.

    Anyway congrats for the job.

You will get around 5000 as reimbursed amount.

No other outstation allowance will be provided.

    Hello,

If you belong to one place and you got posted to some other place then you should get the travel allowance.

Some companies have their policies and they provide such allowances .

But it depends on your company if they provide such facilty or not .

You can discuss this matter with your authority and get clarified before hand.

    Thank you

    Dear Friend

Yes fro sure you can ask from the company management for the Allowance for the outstation works..

Companies generally gives the allowance like TA and other things when you have to travel to other city or state for the officeial work..

They will provide the allowance for the Travelling, rent, food and other things..

SO enjoy in Himachal its a good place..

And one more thing if your are posted there in the company branch then there will be no allowance as you are just Transferred and not on Official Tour..

Re: Should I ask for outstation allowance when posted to another city?

As you've got same that you simply belong to metropolis and you've got got posting in himacal pradesh
most of the government organizations offer the station allowances to their workers.
but coming back to the personal organizations most of the businesses don't offer any station allowances to their workers.
however if your remuneration is a smaller amount associated you will survive thereupon remuneration in an station then you can raise your company for the station allowance as a result of you haven't got the other choice.

And if you're married then it'd be terribly a great deal troublesome to require care of your family thereupon remuneration thus i feel you'll be able to raise your company to supply station allowance.

certify that you simply raise your company higher officers during a polite method, thus being polite and creating their perceive your drawback would solve your drawback i feel and that is what i recommend you.

don't seek advice from the upper officers during a rude method as you're the one United Nations agency goes to induce benefited if you're obtaining paid station allowance, thus be polite and sort enough.

The payment of station allowance can rely upon the businesses terms and conditions, that differs from company to company. Some company acquire it and a few firms might not. thus you need to write associate letter (mail) to 60 minutes department. they're going to provide you with the whole data concerning the station allowance. typically company pay advance quantity for it or they're going to pay the quantity only if the required documents for the expenses incurred square measure made before the corporate.
