    Shocked at the sudden termination of five hard working employees in our company

    I am working in a software company. Everything was going fine till yesterday when the news about the sudden termination of 5 hard working employees of our company spread like wild fire. No one is giving us any reason for the same. What should be done in such a situation as this is really shocking?

    You should not think much about this news
    You should just concentrate on your daily work and try to give your 100% to it
    There may be reasons due to which the company management termonated the services of those 5 employees
    No company terminates its employees without any strong reasons

    Please note that if you are doing your work honestly and acheiving all the targets given to you and maintaining discipline nothing would happen to you

    Software industry is a very volatile industry where anything can happen at anytime. As a professional it is your duty to be prepared for any eventuality. Generally software companies tend to fire under performer employess every year at regular intervals. Until and unless they give your valid reasons you should not waste valuable time in indulging issues like this. You should rather focus on your work as only work is measured at software company. It is very sad that 5 employees loose their job but this is life. You have to accept everything with a calm heart and mind. In the mean time if you get th eopportunity you should find out the reasons behind those 5 employees termination from service.

    Dear Aspirant,

    Yes,it generally happens in the pvt.company.It all depends upon the terms & conditions of the appointment.You should go it carefully.If there is provision of notice period from either sides before resignation by the employee or termination by the employer,then you all should protest against the order of termination.If there is no such provision,you have only one option to search for another job.You can not work in any organisation forcefully.It is the management decision to allow to work or not particularly in pvt.company.

    So see the terms & conditions & move ahead.In case there is a provision of the notice period,you should write an request letter to the head of the company referring the clause of the notice period & request to allow to work till the notice period so that you could get another job in between.Have patience & face the situation with patience.

    Hi,
    Sometimes this type of problem occur's in most of the software companies, but don't worry about this. Because you are playing your role from past few years in company. But sudden termination is wrong because as per my knowledge company have to give minimum 15 days notice to employee and vice versa. But you can call to those employee and ask the reason because without any reason company not fire their employees.
    Also if you found some valid reason then its ok, otherwise side by side you can start search of new job, because some companies have their different and wrong policies.
    If you also check your joining letter, i am pretty sure that you will found the '15 Days notice' clause in it. So check your documents and again start hard work without any fear of termination.

    Any thing can be achieved through unity.if the employees who are terminated by your company is hard working then all the employees should oppose your company against the termination of the employees.today they are terminated without any fail in the work done by them tomorrow it may be you.Then what will you do in such a situation so a necessary action against the company should be taken.
    First of all ask the reason for the termination of the 5 employees to the company.If the reason given given by the company is not fair then you have to steps.If the reason give by authority is considerable then you should not do any think.................

    It happens when any of the hard working employee go against the companies head then they dont have any other option than termination of the employees because they might have asking for something that they are unable to give to them and they are increasing the employees to raise the voice against the same as after that if they are crossing the limits then company can do anything whatever they want as per the rule and as per the orders of the company.
    So no need to get shocked by the same because its a common issue that happen in every organisation and no one can help thos eguys for the same because people are unaware about the labour law.
    If you like to get all your rights then you need to be aware for the same.
    If they have been terminated then may be in future you also get terminated for the same reason.,so always be aware for these issues.

    I can understand that the situation in your office is getting grim and serious with the termination of all these five employees. But this is not the time to panic and lose your worth as well. This is the time to show your strength and work meticulously and laboriously so that the management could not consider you as one of those to be asked to leave the firm.

    In addition, a positive approach is the only way to face the odds of life and rise above a difficult phase of life. So be positive and you never know, there could be other reasons behind the termination of these five employees.

    So, in a nutshell, I would suggest you not to worry about the current scenario in your firm but give your best in whatever task you have been assigned to and showcase your best of the abilities to remain highlighted in a positive manner in the eyes of your senior authority.

    You are absolutely right that this is a big shocking news about your company and management that they fired five most hard working employees from the staff and everyone will get shocked after getting this news and you all are expecting something from the company but company irrigated your all dreams that you have seen before about your career and promotions because such type of actions of the company can make any employee worried about the future because when the management is unable to give you any proper reason behind that so you should understand that your career is not good in this company and you can never grow and if you will raise your voice against the manager then you also may be fired so do not worry

    If you are not getting proper answer then you should not ask anyone again and again because this will make your image bad in the company and just concentrate on your work because if you will take care about your work and complete all the responsibilities then you may get something good from the company and if you will go against management then you will loose your job secondly if you have fear about the job that company may fire you anytime then you should start finding a new job because this is ridiculous behavior of the company that they did not show any reason and fired 5 hard working employees

    You should call those employees who was terminated before sometime and ask for the reason and surely they will give you reason and if there is no reason and say that the company is not on that words then you should make it sure that you have to get a new job and save your career in any other company
