Sexist discrimination in salary hike and promotion

As a female editor, I have been doing field work for the last 6 years. My male counterparts who are also holding similar profile has received higher appraisal plus perks. We all work hard and achieved proven track record but still discrimination happens. How should I talk it out without much hype?

    Hi buddy

I can definitely understand your problem and completely sympathise with you. There should be no gender discrimination in any of the companies and your management should better understand this. By doing so they are making their female employees dissatisfied with them and as a result they will never work whole heartedly for their company. This will prove harmful for their company only when all its employees won't work for it with full dedication. You should definitely raise your voice in this matter and see to it that you get justice in this case.

Go to your manager's office and speak to him. Tell him that you have been working as hard as your male counterparts and have proven track record but still the management is doing discrimination by giving them higher appraisal plus perks. They should stop such gender bias as soon as possible otherwise a time will come when all the female employees will leave their company and then they will have to repent. You hope this matter is solved soon otherwise you would be forced to report this to the higher authorities.

I hope your manager listens to you and thus help you in this matter. Good luck
