Separate canteens for doctors and nurses

I am a nurse working in a private hospital. In our hospital there are separate canteens for doctors and nurses. Our canteen is very shabby and has very less facilities as compared to the doctorís canteen. I donít think this is fair at all. How can we raise our voice in this matter?

    Hello aspirant,
Most of the hospitals have a common canteen but since there is a different one here for doctors and nurses, it is okay, but there should not be a discrimination in offering facilities. Nurses are also working hard throughout the day, so they should also be offered services at par to the doctors.
Talk to the management about it. Put forth the proposal and all the nurses should collectively take active part in bringing about a change as desired by all of them. Surely, the management people will validate your point and help you out in this matter.

    Good luck

In most organization , places , there is a common canteen for all, but here it's different & doctors and nurse having separate canteen.
Nurses having canteen is very shabby & you don't like it & want to rise your voice against it.

Now you are working as a nurse & facing a problem related to canteen & you want to complaint against it.
Here , first you all nurses should have unity & agree for complaint against the problem.
if you not have unity , then you can not success & adverse effect on your job.
all nurse should have write a complaint letter to head of hospital

Write complaint letter for solve the problem

--> Address the person to whom you want to write the complaint letter
    --> Describe the problem
--> Describe trouble to face due to that problem & it's effect
--> What you want of it's outcome
--> Give suggetion to solve that problem if possible

If you hospital head will understand your problem , then you will surely get responce of your problem & your problem will get solved.
But by chance , if your problem will not get solved , then you should not complaint more because there is a chance that your job will put on risk due to complaint.

    Dear Aspirant,

It is good to have separate canteen for nurses & doctors. But both the canteens should have same facilities for their users. Both should be neat & clean & hygiene & should have all amenities & facilities with similar types of food articles.

In order to rise your voice, you should have a meeting with your all colleagues & discuss the issue.Get signed a common application by all the colleagues & submit it to the superintendent of hospital or head of the hospital. You can give a copy to the owner of the hospital. If you represent your problem commonly,no action can be taken against any of you & if any of you alone represent the problem, you may be sacked by the management.

Hope your case will be considered positively.

    Good luck.
