Senior Doctor not taking proper care of the patient

I am an intern working in a government hospital. I am at present attached to one of the senior doctors. Recently I noticed that he is not paying proper attention to one of the patients and trying to avoid him as much as he can. I donít know what the reason is but this is highly unethical .What should I do in this case so that the patient faces no problem in future?

    Hi,

I think these things are very bad.
you complain to the higher authorities in hospital and you can proper attention to the patient and help them.

So these cases particularly in a government hospitals only.
so you can complain to the health minister also. And explain the situation in a government hospital, You request to the CM also.

I think this problem is solved.

    Good luck!!!!

Re: Senior Doctor not taking proper care of the patient

    Hi friend

I am really very happy to see your concern for that patient and really hope that your senior doctor was like you. As you know that Doctors are considered next to God everywhere and thus they should also take this as their responsibility and thus care for every patient in an equal manner not neglecting anyone. And also according to the Hippocrates Oath, which all the doctors take before starting their job, they are required to do what is best for their patient under any circumstances and never to negmect their duties towards their patients. Now I don't know what is your doctor's problem with that patient, but he is certainly doing the wrong thing by ignoring him and thus should certainly be made to reliase this soon before its too late and this affects the health and progress of that patient.

So now as you have taken it as your responsibility to help that patient, so the first step that you should take is go and speak with that doctor personally. You should not be afraid of speaking to him or hesitate just because he is your senior but should definitely go and have a word with him. You should tell him that you have been observing for quite sometime now that not paying proper attention to one of the patients and you know that he also knows that. You have just come to him as a well wisher as you really don't want him to get into trouble if , God forbids, anything happens to the patient. So he should take proper care of him and not neglect him, whatever his reason maybe. You really hope that he will follow your advice and thus treat that patient in the way that he is dealing with the other patients.

I am sure this will make that doctor realise his responsibilities and thus he will feel ashamed of himself at doing such a thing. Then he will certainly take proper care of that patient and you will have nothing to worry about. But in case he dioes not listen to you and goes in the same direction as before, then you should definitely report to the higher authorities regarding his actions so that no harm comes to the patient. Then they will definitely tach him a lesson that he deserves.

    Good luck and Thanks

Re: Senior Doctor not taking proper care of the patient

I think these items ar terribly dangerous.
you complain to the upper authorities in hospital and you'll correct attention to the patient and facilitate them.

Thus these cases significantly during a government hospitals solely.
thus you'll complain to the health minister conjointly. And make a case for true during a government hospital, You request to the CM conjointly.

I am extremely terribly happy to ascertain your concern for that patient and extremely hope that your senior doctor was such as you. As you recognize that Doctors ar thought of next to God everyplace ANd so they must conjointly take this as their responsibility and so take care of each patient in an equal manner not neglecting anyone. And conjointly consistent with the Hippocrates Oath, that all the doctors take before beginning their job, they're needed to try to to what's best for his or her patient beneath any circumstances and ne'er to negmect their duties towards their patients.

Currently i do not apprehend what's your doctor's downside therewith patient, however he's actually doing the incorrect issue by ignoring him and so ought to actually be created to reliase this presently before its too late and this affects the health and progress of that patient.

Thus currently as you have got taken it as your responsibility to assist that patient, therefore the start that you just ought to take is go and speak therewith doctor in person. Not be frightened of talking to him or hesitate simply because he's your senior however should positively go and have a word with him. you ought to tell him that you just are observant for quite someday currently that not paying correct attention to at least one of the patients and you recognize that he conjointly is aware of that. you have got simply come back to him as a well wisher as you actually don't need him to induce into bother if , God forbids, something happens to the patient.

So he ought to take correct care of him and not neglect him, no matter his reason perhaps. you actually hope that he can follow your recommendation and so treat that patient within the manner that he's managing the opposite patients.

I'm positive build that doctor realise his responsibilities and so he will feel hangdog of himself at doing such a issue. Then he will definitely take correct care of that patient and you may don't have anything to stress concerning. however just in case he dioes not hear you and goes within the same direction as before, then you ought to positively report back to the upper authorities relating to his actions so no hurt involves the patient.
Then they'll positively tachometer him a lesson that he deserves.
