    Hi friend

It is the duty of your HR to pay your salary every month without any delays. If there has been some problem in the salary account details then your HR should sort it out with the accounts department and get your salary paid to you in proper time. But as you have told that it has been 2 months since you have got your salary along with the hike , it is very irresponsible on the part of your HR dept and they should be mature enough to realise that. The HR dept should not be ignorant towards you and should make it a point to help their employees in whatever way they can rather than ignoring them.

So you go again and talk to the HR dept that you haven't got your 2 months salary along with the hike till now and this is hurting you financially. If there is some problem in the account details they should sort it out soon and give you your due. They should try to understand your problem rather than troubling you for the same.

If you talk forcefully and adamantly with your Hr dept I am sure they will realise that what they have done is wrong and would certainly make amendments fast. But you need to be vocal and dont be afraid to speak your mind out. Fight for your rights and dont hesitate to counteract such irresponsible people. Also tell them that this is bad for the reputation of their company and will lead to dissatisfaction among other employees as well.

I hope you understand. Good luck friend and Thanks

It is the duty of the company to give the salary to their employees on time and full salary.
In your case,as you said, you have not been paid for the past 2 months!

I think you should take up this matter very seriously with the HRD.
You should make them realize that how difficult it is to survive in such a high inflation without any sources of earning.
You should tell them that you need money as soon as possible in order to sustain development.

And you never know, how much more time it might take to correct the account problem.
Instead of waiting for the system to correct, they must pay you in cash and note this down somewhere.

But you definitely should get your salary as soon as possible!
You and raise your voice for your salary!

Re: Salary pending due to salary account problem

    Hello !!

first of all let me tell you that payment are never paid in cash.
you might also knowing this fact.so it is very very difficult for you to get cash payment of the due amount.
whether you are having bank account or not , it doesnt matter , your payment cant be in cash payment.

yes, your payment can be made through RTGS or NEFT transfer only.
and for this your bank account is compulsory.
and if you are having problem with your bank account than try to rectify it as soon as possible.
because company too dislike cash payment to their employee.
therefore this is the reason being that your company seems to be ignorent in this case although they are knowing each and every case of yours.
so, you have to activate your bank account anyhow for this.

hope i am clear to you.
    thanks foe posting in EALP.
