    Salary not for first month post confirmation

    Recently, I have completed my internship with the company. I have been given confirmation too. I have not received the salary for the month. The accounts department is also not answering about the query. What should I do?

    Hi buddy

    I think you should definitely get this matter cleared and get your salary cleared as soon as possible. You should not let such injustice happen to you and shouls not sit quietly waiting for something to happen on its own. You should clear this matter with your HR or your manager as they are the best people to help you in this case. If you have completed your training you must definitely get your salary and you should see to it that you get it fast.

    Go to your HR and speak to him personally. Tell him that you have completed your internship with this company and have even got conformation for the same. But the problem is that you haven't receuved your salary yet and on consulting the accounts department for the same, you haven't got any satisfactory reply from their side. You hope he will look into this matter soon and thus you will get your salary fast.

    hello dear
    first of all congratulate to you for completing successfully internship.
    You are facing a trouble of salary matter because of non satisfied answer from salary department.
    So you should visit HR or manager and ask him/her about your salary that why did you not pay salary of this month?
    I hope they will assist you definitely.
    Sometimes due to wrong information of account or access of employees name this type's problem come continued in. private or government sector.
    the only solution for it is that employees should contact to higher authority with his/her valid query.
    Employment details, destination and profile these all documents should be carried to confirm your identity.
